Description of Work: Property managers, they basically did nothing, except collect their money from my rental property. Completely didn't do anything that they promised, no professionalism, never followed through, never ever returned phone calls or emails. They waited 2 full weeks before informing me (only because I called) that tenant had never paid rent. In contract stated quarterly inspections, which never happened. They told me (property owner) that I was "banned" from my own property, which is crazy. Then after tenant didn't pay rent, they incorrectly filed an eviction notice, and charged me $80.00. I then had to go and file my own eviction notice. After all this, I fired them, and they stole my $300.00 "repair fund, and ripped me off for 1/2 of the last month's rent! I hired a professional property manager who called them to get the info on tenant, and they told this company that they had no info on tenant and didn't even have a copy of the lease. It is the state law that they keep a copy for 5 years. McDaniel & McDaniel tried their best to start problems between the owners & the tenant. Do yourself a HUGE FAVOR, and stay away from this "company!!!

Description of Work: Do not use this agency!!! I was a tenant and during my year long lease, the property was changed to 3 different managements, with McDaniels being the last. They gave me instructions on requirements for moving out in order to get my $1100.00 deposit back. They stated it would be a month to recieve my deposit in the mail. After waiting 2 months, I called them about it. A lady told me that they technically did not rent to me, received no money from me, and therefor did not owe me any money. I went on a wild goose chase for a month to locate who had my security deposit. I had agents talking to other agents, but McDaniels consistently pointed to others as having the month (the 2nd real estate agent... or the owner of the rental etc). I still have not been able to get that money back. Not only are the McDaniel & McDaniel's crew rude, they will not return your phone calls. Spare yourself the stress and use a different agency
