The guy came out and measured in 2 places in our kitchen. He told us that he had to have the current counter tops removed before he could create a template for the new ones. I spoke to another contractor who told me that we should not have to do it that way, because it resulted in us not being able to use our kitchen. When they brought the counter tops in and installed them the granite was not smooth. There are places in the counters where it looks like there is something on them. I called them to ask about he counter tops. I was told that I signed a paper and I was told that I agreed to natural stone. He told me to call his wife, the owner, and hung up on me. I called the owner, but have not heard back. When I got an initial estimate, I was told that the cost would cover everything. Once the counters were installed, I was told that the installation of the plumbing would be extra.

I went over there and picked out the granite I wanted. They indicated to me that they were out of stock of the granite I wanted and would have to order a whole new sheet of granite. The notified me that I would have to pay for the entire sheet and would refund me when they sold the balance of the sheet. They indicated there wasn t enough to do another bathroom and refunded me $90.00 for half of the sheet of granite they supposedly sold. I contacted them several times, with no satisfaction. They have yet to send me the invoice for the sheet of granite. I feel robbed.
