When she explained the cost, she said it was an error--it should have read $99 for 2 hours of cleaning with 2 professionals. Ads was sold as " $99 for 2 persons for 4 hours". The job that they did was done professionally and they did a great job.

+ -1 moreThey waited two days to call me back and then the receptionist told me that the deal really wasn’t for four hours but for four labor hours. She told me that they would send out two people for two hours and that they would quit cleaning once the two hours were up. I feel that this is false advertising and that they are trying to take advantage of me.

+ -1 moreThis was a special four man-hours of cleaning for $99 and it was well worth it. Two ladies came in on time and stayed even longer than the two hours to do the work. They were very polite and didn't waste anytime in getting to work and staying on task once we walked through the house and I informed them of my priorities. If I had to be picky, the mopped floors could have been cleaner but I wasn't even expecting them to do that. I'd have them back in the future.
Description of Work: Cleaned kitchen counters, cabinets, appliances, and mopped floor; cleaned 2.5 baths, dusted whole house including ceiling fans, window sills, polished living room wood furniture, dumped trash cans and vacuumed carpets.

+ -1 moreThey did a good job where they cleaned. However, there were areas that were not cleaned. In the master bath the toilet was not cleaned at all. The floor was not cleaned behind the door. The sink was only cleaned in the center. No items on the sink were cleaned. This price was for 4 hours of cleaning - two people for 2 hours. The two people were a woman and her son. The son was about useless. She had to go back and redo most of what he did. Even though they spent two hours, I don't believe that I got the full time that I should have.

Description of Work: Provider performed the services that were mentioned online. They cleaned the bathroom, objects on the countertops, wiped cabinets, baseboards, etc. I also had them to do one more service that wasn't on the list, and they provided it at a very nominal cost.

+ -1 moreMy house was larger than the cleaners had offered and they offered to do additional cleaning for much more money. We agreed to just skip part of the house. None of this was satisfactory. The cleaners seemed unsure and inexperienced in cleaning and were clumsy with some of my glass and ceramics.
Description of Work: This was not a deep cleaning as promised. The house did not get well cleaned.

The Big Deal apparently did not cover dusting the shutters and everything so I added that for about $20 more. I had to buy the deluxe service to get the baseboards and ceiling fans cleaned. I thought this would be included in the deal so I thought the price was kind of high for what they did. The work was fine other than whatever they used on the mirrors left them streaked. This was the first time I used this company.
Description of Work: I used Make Life Easier Residential & Commercial Cleaning for basic housecleaning like dusting the window sills, mopping the floors and cleaning the bathtubs. They also wiped the countertops and stove, polished the sinks, cleaned the outside of the microwave, sweep, vacuum and mopped the floor. They also tied the trash, wiped sinks, polished mirrors, clean the inside of the tub and shower, cleaned the toilets and countertops and sweep or vacuum. They also cleaned the bathrooms and living room.

Part of the service I needed was to have the ceiling fans cleaned and was informed that was an extra cost -- paid $20.00 for them to be cleaned. I should have checked to see exactly what would be considered a deep clean for them.

+ -1 moreThey spent two hours and two ladies came out. Some of the minor things that should have been done was really generic. My teenagers should have done it, they weren't emptying the closet. All the mess in the bathrooms were there on top of the calenders and it wasn't good.

+ -1 moreThey told me they only dusted off cobwebs with a feather duster and they noticed my baseboards needed wiping down and thought about calling me at work because that's an additional charge however they didn't want to bother me. They said most people think they are going to come home to sparkling clean home but what they do is try to come there and sanitize it. That it wasn't spotless when I left it. The pics are on my camera - I can upload them tonight...
Description of Work: I paid $99.00 for a DEEP Cleaning; They did not clean the bathrooms or kitchens (said they wipe them down but do not clean them). Allegedly vacuumed but left popcorn on the floor because they said they do not move furniture (an ottoman). Basically they came in and sprayed a bunch of pledge around the house. HORRIBLE, There are so many better cleaning companies out there.

They came in, explained their services and after I okayed their service, commenced working immediately. They did a thorough cleaning of my home and were very friendly and professional. + -1 moreThey arrived exactly when they said they would and did a nice job on the things they cleaned. A note to others, if you want to have, for example, a tub rim cleaned move all shampoo bottles etc away, they tend to clean around items. They were punctual, friendly, and I enjoyed having them in my home. I will definitely have them return in the future. I looked on Tuesday for someone to come in on Friday and they were able to accommodate me.
Description of Work: I asked for and received the basic package, floors cleaned, furniture polished, waste baskets emptied, microwave oven cleaned, bathrooms cleaned.
