Spoke with Mr. Olék in the morning and described what I needed. Within a couple of hours he had visited my home to determine what I needed. He called me from Lowe's and bought the post. He returned to my home, installed the post, installed the house number sign, repaired and replaced the mailbox on the new post. All this was done the same day without me being home. He emailed me an invoice the next day. I could not have been any more pleased with his services.

We saw an ad in the local newspaper that Mr. Okel had placed. We called him and he arrived promptly at our agreed upon time. He inspected our new mailbox and also the site of removal and installation. A price was quoted and accepted and a date was agreed on for the work to start. Mr. Okel arrived promptly on the date and time agreed upon and with in an hour the old mailbox was removed and the new one installed very securely. Our address lettering was also sealed which we had not thought of but Mr. Okel had. We were extremely please with his work and professionalism.
