+ -1 morePurchased kitchen flooring from Lowe's. They hired Service Pro for the work. It was for vinyl flooring. Just a sheet of luxury vinyl. They subcontracted Service Pro for the install, but we just bought the vinyl from them. Material was ok, but their subcontractor was very poor. They do now have an different installer now. We would not use Lowe's if Service Pro works for them, but we would use them for other services.

+ -1 moreThe window installation was not done correctly on 5 of the 9 windows purchased first. Two of these windows will need replacing as the installer damaged them without informing us. We needed to get a factory rep. from the window company to come out and agree to replacing the windows. We have ended up hiring a vinyl siding contractor from Angies List (have to wait until 5 Jan, 2015 now).
Description of Work: Purchased 9 windows and had them installed by lowes. Also attempted for 3 months to get a quote to do a vinyl siding job, had 3 installers lined up over this time and none of them showed up to do the job. We are currently awaiting one more large window and we will be using Lowes to install this also; however, it will be a different installer.

+ -1 moreThe Lowe's salesman was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. They weren't the cheapest we looked at, but provided a better quality Trane unit. Lowe's installed through a local contractor and they did an excellent job. The whole project was handled in a very professional manner.
