The installers were very good. They were excellent. They were very thorough. Everything fit perfectly. There were some problems because we had interior shutters and they had to do them from the outside, and they were very good.

I had a good experience. It turned out well.

The door job and floor job went well. The price was fair. It was average. Overall, his job was an 8. I'm pleased with the quality.

It was good in the beginning and then when I went back for additional flooring because I didn't have enough according to the person that was installing the floor. When I went back they gave me different price on same floors so wasn't happy with that. I didn't have my receipt but they did have the original receipt where I bought it in the register history, but they would not honor the same price even though they had the receipt so that part wasn't a good experience at all. The staff ones who worked in that particular area were average knowledgeable about the floor and others were not knowledgeable at all. The manager wasn't good at all. I would not use them again.

I contacted Lowe's and after chosing the style of blinds I wanted, the order was placed. Within 2 weeks the blinds were delivered to the store. Upon request, Lowes kept them at the store until the installer was ready for them. Once in, I contacted the installer and he was able to take car of the job within 2 days. Installation was completed that morning. Needless to say, I was very happy with the blinds and how professional everyone was that related with this job.

It is convenient. I can drive one exit down on the interstate and get to it. I usually go once or twice a week.

The price was reasonable for what they did. The experience went pretty well. The price was really good. They were the cheapest that I could find to do the entire area. I was able to go to the store and pick it out. I was able to look at it before it went down. They had a wide variety of flooring to choose from and I went with a lighter color. It is a beautiful floor. They were very responsive. The contractor that they hired was late for first two days because their vehicle broke down, but it was not their fault. They were very professional. I will be using them for some door installation.

The Lowes saleperson helped us find the carpet that would work best for us at a price we could afford. The installer prvided by Lowes did all the measurements, ripped out the old carpet and put in the new, and did a great job. They had some problems in our closet, and knocked down some shelving, but made repairs to our satisfaction before they left.

One man at Lowe's on Two Notch Rd. by the name of Jamie I can't remember his last name but he was my salesman, he was wonderful. I was already working with a builder so all the bills went through him and I paid him everything. Their cabinet installation man is wonderful too, Jamie came out and they measured all the cabinets and we went through all the different pieces and parts while he was putting in the kitchen then they had a special man that came out and did all the installation of the cabinets and he went above and beyond what I had expected, so did Jamie he was wonderful. I wish I could give them a A+ they were wonderful! They gave me the best price of all the ones that my builder checked the price with. I would use them again in the future if I need. My son is building a home right now in Blairsville Georgia and I recommended that he use Lowe's up there because of my experience here.

The workers did an excellent job, even replaced some of the sub-floor they thought was an issue. Very professional, very good job. We were very satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism.

Lowes has been amazing! The gentleman in the window treatment section custom cut my 15 blinds and even marked the boxes so we knew where each went. They helped me select ceiling fans to meet my needs. They sold and delivered an upright freezer and helped my husband with his garage project. We've been in and out of there for things for our new house and everyone has been so nice and helpful.

When i purchased the door at Lowe's was told the installer would contact me within 48-hours (2-business days). Actually took the installer, MAC Renovation, approx 7-days to call and set up an installation appointment. Installer, "Juston" was on time, did a perfect job and cleaned the work area upon completion of the job. Within 2-hours after job was finished received a follow up call to see how the job went and if i was satisfied. I'm totally satisfied with my decision to purchase the Larson door/installation from Lowe's. Terrific value for the $$$.

I hired Lowe's to remodel my kitchen. They sub contracted crews to do the work. The crew's were very professional and prompt. They worked very hard and offered some good advice and ideas. I was extremely pleased with the results. Everything looks fantastic and I would highly reccomend the service. I am particularly picky when it comes service done in my home, and they passed my test.

I was well pleased and didn't have any problems. They had subcontractors that did the installation. They took care of everything. I did pay extra for them to take up the carpet and move the furniture. They back up anything that you buy from them and they have a very good warranty. I buy a lot of things from them. They came when they said and it looks real good. I am very pleased with it. I had priced the carpeting at several places.

Service pro was the team that came in was prompt and proffesional.They came in with huge fans and machinery to dry out everything. They added a paint to kill the mold. Clyde Mettles also came in for installation for new linoleum. He was excellent. They were all excellent and did it within a week. They followed up on their work to make sure we were satisfied. They provided me with emergency numbers if something didn't work right. They said that even if it is a year from now, they had so much confidence with themselves, that they would come back and fix anything.

They quoted me with one price and then came back and said it would be more expensive. I had to be calm and keep asking for a manager who ended up making everything right. The installers were very nice people and did an excellent job, so it turned out to be a very pleasant experience.
