+ -1 moreAfter really negative experiences with other choices in Columbia, SC Legends Security and Sound, Inc was a breath of fresh air! They came when they said they would, did what they said they could do and for under the amount that they had estimated after getting to know our needs a little better. Since first doing business with them over two years ago when we've had questions and left messages for them they return calls in a punctual and professional manner. We found their rates reasonable and have never had concerns over their business ethics, which we've found to be the exception rather than the rule in the alarm and security business.
Description of Work: Re-did our fire, intrusion and flood alarm system so that it was no longer a "virtual" system, but instead a functioning and effective system.

+ 0 moreOnce the Legends team arrived to install, they were very professional and knowledgeable. Our only complaint was that initially call backs were not as timely as we would we liked, but once they were on the job they were great.
Description of Work: Replaced a wireless alarm system and set us up for monthly service. The were extremely knowledgeable and good to work with.

+ 0 moreCame highly recommended by neighbors and friends. Very difficult to get in touch with -- called several times - voice mail full so couldn't leave a message. Didn't show up for the first appt. For second appt, did meet with him for an hour or more. Was told he was working on big job at the moment but could get to us in about a month. Didn't send an estimate for the job. Called after a month and was told he was working on it. No email - no phone call. No professional courtesy - if he didn't want to do the job, he should have told me.
Description of Work: Failed to show for first appt. On second scheduled meeting, met for an hour discussing our needs and wants. Appeared to know what we wanted and how to do it. Was told he would email me an estimate. Never sent estimate --
