He's an older gentleman and he told me that he had worked for housing authority. He said that he has done a little bit of everything. I was real pleased with him. I would definitely have him back. He goes by word of mouth. He works diligently. He was referred to me by a painter. His cousin is a painter and I had my interior painted last summer. He did a good job so I called him up and asked him if he knew anyone and he referred his cousin. This gentleman told me that he could do anything. He could build things and do a little bit of plumbing as well. He told me that he could come back and do the tile and grout work in my bathroom. He caulked my bathroom and it was the best I had ever seen. He wasn't on time because I think he didn't know how to find my house. I had already bought the supplies. He did a real nice job. My gutter was hanging a little bit and I had to go to a store for something and he asked me to pick up some hangers so that he would anchor it better. When I came back, he said that I could save the new hangers as he was able to use the old ones. His price was reasonable.
