This is a very unprofessional company. They do not take care of tenant’s needs during their stay. I rented from this company for 3 miserable years. This is the worst so called “property management” company I have ever dealt with, including the owner, Laura Nichols. There is very little communication, unless they need to collect a late fee or past due bill that they neglected to send to the tenant in the first place. If you must rent from them, do everything in your power to have as little contact as possible with the people that work there. You’ll thank yourself in the end. Trust me. After move out and final inspection, which will be the happiest day of your life, you will receive a bill for “cleaning” to the tune of about $200-$300. This is after you have spent 3 days cleaning nonstop. I went so far as to have an employee from Landmark do a pre inspection so that we knew exactly what to clean and how. We were still charged for $250 for “cleaning.” This was after the agent who inspected our house twice before key turn in said everything looked great. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING when dealing with LM resources. You’ll need it. -5 stars. Horrible experience. Look elsewhere!

Description of Work: I wish I could give zero stars. This company is so incredibly ridiculous and a complete racket. We rented an older studio apartment for six months, which was not cleaned (dirt in the cabinets, qtips in the bathroom, etc) The air conditioning was broken for weeks with no accommodations, even when the unit was 95 degrees and uninhabitable, and then they had the audacity to charge us for it, claiming that we pulled wires out of the unit (INSANE). They tried keeping the majority of the deposit for a variety of ridiculous reasons, not to mention it took TWO months to get the partial deposit back, and that was after us calling multiple times. DO NOT use this company, and if you find you must, photograph and video EVERYTHING before signing the lease and EMAIL any correspondence so you can have it documented. And put the number on speed dial because you're going to need it.

They are the worst company ever to work with. They have been repaving our parking lot since December 5, 2015 and its not January 13, 2016. We only received notice once and the letter clearly stated we would continue to receive notice as the project progressed. We haven't received another notice yet. We've had to drive over four inch drop offs for over a month now with no end in sight. They towed cars without warning or contacting the owners, simply because the paving company showed up with no warning and were ready to work. They've had the entrance and exits blocked multiple times and the residents left with no way to get in or our. Kelly, who is over Broadriver Township, will tell you lies and different excuses each time you call. Run away from this place as fast as you can.

Description of Work: Property rental. When you include a clause in your contract that says the renter is responsible for property damage from break-ins that is a clue there has been a problem with that in the past. My daughters apartment was broken into three times and the tires on her car were cut. When I tried to talk to them about it, the person I spoke with was very rude and even insinuated it was my daughters fault. All of this happened in the first few months of her rental. She was living alone and of course she was nervous about staying there after that so the last seven months of her rental she moved back home. She continued to pay rent. She actually paid rent one month beyond her twelve month lease and kept the utilities on as required. When the apartment was inspected they not only kept her deposit but charged an additional almost 600.00 for clean up. Personally, I found the people at Landmark to be rude and dealing with them was a very unpleasant experience.
