I contacted LA Roofing after several disappointing and no return calls from referrals. The ratings on Angies List convinced me to call. Luis, the owner,responded promptly for my request for a quote. He was running late for the appointment but called to let me know. The typed quote and contract were prepared on the spot in his mobile office in the front seat of his truck. I had other quotes and his was very competitive. Plus his amazing crew was able to start immediately. They worked a full day, up and down ladders, practically non-stop. I never saw anyone using a cell phone. The crew worked through the weekend which was fine with me. They paid great attention to detail and protecting fixtures on the house. I was surprised to see the Windows covered in plastic to prevent paint spray from getting on them. They kept up with cleaning every day. All issues were resolved promptly and without any pushback. Some things needed to be done after the job was complete and the responsiveness was extraordinary. The payment terms were extremely fair. The crew of Fernando, Elsa, Linda and Willy worked very hard, were very respectful of me, my dog and my home and were a pleasure to see every day. I will be calling LA Roofing first for future work at my house.

Everything they did was professional and first class--from the estimate and requested information, to the installation and some extra woodwork, to the follow-up and clean-up. They showed up when they said they would, worked very diligently, and produced a great result in a reasonable time frame, and at a very reasonable price. I was very pleased and would highly recommend Luis and his company to anyone.

Discovered roof was leaking when we saw damage from inside the home. Called LA Roofing because of their positive posts, and they were quick to respond. Took photos and video of roof showing extensive hail damage. Suggested I contact my insurance company before proceeding. Placed tarp on damaged area. They arrived on time and placed tarp around house - clean up after the job was completed was excellent and remarkable. Everything was done to my satisfaction each step of the way. This was one of the hardest working crews I have ever seen. They care about the job they do and go the extra mile. They painted white vents black to match the roof and placed ridge cap on areas to ensure roof looked symmetrical. All communications were excellent and timely every step of the way. The professionalism of the company personnel at all levels was impressive. I would not hesitate to contact them again. Excellent work on roof, inside repairs, and repairs to a/c unit from hair damage - all inclusive. My insurance company commented on how easy LA Roofing was for them to work with as well. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them highly.

They did good, they did what we asked and it seem to be fare. The job look neat it looked professional when it was done. I found a broken handle on my chalk coal grill after they left and I could not identified any way that it gotten broken and I thought they did it without telling me but everything else was perfect.

First of all Luis is AWESOME, he came out and gave an estimate that was acceptable. He scheduled the repairs for a Saturday and the crew was professional, on time and completed the work completely. I've asked for other services and I would definitely recommend this company.

After overcoming a few scheduling conflicts, the service was completed as agreed. Scheduling conflicts were due to weather and other obligations (not all related to this provider). I was given an estimate prior to service. I felt the service provided was a fair price and quality work.

I had the pleasure of working with LA Roofing, LLC from November to December 2015. From the initial consultation, owner Luis Arauz was professional, courteous, informative, and, most importantly, upfront and honest. My husband and I left the consultation feeling that we were in good hands and, now that our work has been completed, we know that we made the right selection. We needed a complete tear-off and replacement of our roof and extensive interior repairs. Luis worked with us every step of the way to offer cost-effective and high-quality repairs. He even provided us with guidance on increasing our curb appeal by helping us select visually appealing colors and designs for our exterior work. His crews were also timely, effective, and thorough. When we encountered one minor issue, Luis hurried to correct it on our schedule, even during the busy holiday hours. We are thrilled with the quality and appearance of the work completed and would not hesitate to recommend LA Roofing, LLC to any of our friends, neighbors, or family.

After the flooding in October my roof had approximately 7-8 leaks and I knew it was time for a new roof. I called aproximately 10 contractors and probably heard back from 5. LA roofing was the first to give me an estimate, and he told me he could have new roof on my place in two days. The job included a tear off of my old roof (15 squares), repairing any rotten areas, redoing all the material around the pipes/chimney, and a new architectural roof (20squares). LA roofing had a new roof on my house before any other contractor was able to give me an estimate. I believe the price was fair (I have no expertise here, but my dad informed me it was a good deal). I did receive a 10% military discount. I waited a couple months to write this review to see how the roof would hold up; everything looks good. I have one of the best looking roofs in the neighborhood. Minor complaints/area of improvement (This is just nitpicking and directed at the owner as a way to improve his business) -He was late by an hour to each appointment (things were chaotic around this time, but a phone call would be nice) -I have the original contract, but realized I never received a copy of the warranty/company information

It looks like it's okay. He had to come back several times to fix the repairs that he made. They thought they had fixed and it wasn't fixed because when it rained again I still had a leak but he was nice and helpful and was willing to come back and respond to it. He did a good job. As nice as he was and as courteous and responsive as he was I still feel like if you repair a roof you should know whether it's fixed or not the first time. I had talked to other people and they were recommending like a total roof replacement and the first thing out of his mouth was before I even said anything was, 'You don't even need a new roof, you're good.'

I feel the cost is excessive plus your fee.

They came, saw, and conquered the problem. Louis Arauz is very professional, well-spoken, informative, efficient. Job was done in under a day to my full satisfaction.

While I didn't utilize services, I was very pleased with the professionalism and response. I would definitely reach out to this company again if I need a roof repair in the future.

Luis Arauz work crew arrived promptly and repaired the roof in one day and came back the next day and repaired the interior of the garage. They were very professional and efficient and even cleaned up the garage better than it was before. Mr. Arauz was very good at keeping up with the progress of the work to ensure everything went well and answered any questions that I had about the work. I made contact with Mr. Luis and scheduled an appointment for an estimation to replace my roof. Mr. Luis showed up on time and assisted me in understanding the difference in roofing , He also went on to inform me about his company guarantee, workmanship, and the clean up process. Mr. Luis crew reported on time, performed the job in a professional manner and my roof looks awesome. I would have to say, I would highly recommend Luis and his crew for roofing work.

Luis and his crew are very reliable, professional, and do an outstanding job. Luis is a very pleasant man and a man of integrity. He returned my call immediately and set up an appointment at my convenience. When he arrived for the appointment, he bought his men with him, and they set to work on repairing my roof on the spot. They did an outstanding job very efficiently. His crew examined my roof thoroughly and found six additional holes in my roof which they also repaired. I live in Lake Katharine which was the hardest hit location in Columbia during the recent flood. The excellent work they did on my roof stood up during the rain that we had.during the flood which is a testament to the quality of their work. I highly recommend LA Roofing!
