Andre (service tech) arrived on time for the appointment, He and I discussed my issues. I asked for the Wall water inlet valved to be repaired (would not shut off completely), the toilet flush valve to be replaced and the toilet Fill valve to be replaced. All parts were beside the toilet. He contacted his office and quoted me a price. $267.00. Andre' proceeded with the work. He finished in approximately 15 minutes and showed me his work. He said he only needed to 'turn the wall valve several times to flush some debris and that the flush valve didn't need to be replaced after cleaning the flapper seat'. He did replace the fill valve and left the area very clean. When I asked what I owed him - he stated $267.00. I paid him and told him I'd take this up with the Manager. I have called 3 times and the Manager has NOT returned my calls. When I reviewed the final invoice e-mailed to me I found I was charged a $75.00 'trip charge' and then $192.00 for Installing a fill Valve. I fill the Manager that Andre' corresponded with to get the price quote was probably somewhat accurate IF all of the work had been done but it sure as heck should not cost $192 to only replace a Fill Valve AND charge me $75 for the privilege of coming to my home to over-charge me. I have other plumbing projects AND WILL NOT ALLOW JORDAN & SONS to touch them. AT least a call from the Manager telling me his side of the story would have shown some form of Customer Service but I haven't even received that. NEVER AGAIN. I am going to every rating site I can find and leave this similar review.

We arranged to have service and they were unable to come on the day we had scheduled, but to some parts not being in. The next day we had scheduled the guy called in sick. There were just come punctuality issues. The work was good, that was the only thing. Fortunately we were home in the summer so it wasn't a big factor. Had it been during the school year it would have been really difficult to continue to reschedule. The price was very reasonable.
