He was patient and showed us his work. He was one of 4 housing companies we had price a house. He was kind, prompt, informative, and very helpful. we did not hire him although his work was very good, we just did not want to spend as much as he wanted. He provides lots of extras in his construction.

Met with Jody Morris of Joe Morris Builders in January of 2011. Recommended by friends. We had a lot we had owned for several years and decided to finally build. Had never gone through building a home before and had heard all kinds of horror stories about builders and all the headaches and problems.Jody helped us through the design stage and we started construction in November of 2011. The delay from January to November was our fault because we were trying to decide if we really wanted to do this, and deciding what kind of house we wanted. Once he started, home was finished about a month earlier than he estmated. Said it would take 9 months, took 8.As mentioned, our first experience building a home and it was really fun and enjoyable, thanks mainly to Jody Morris' help. He helped tremendously every step along the way, offering advice, seeking sources for things we wanted, etc. All of his subcontractors were a pleasure to deal with and all very good. Not any real problems, but the few very minor things he would correct without any hesitation. I always hear stories of how people hate their builder when they finally get moved in. Well, we consider Jody and his family good friends now. Just wonderful people and not a more conscientious person out there. Sees to every detail and follows up immediately.Did quite a few little extras to the house that were not in original plans. Would highly recommend him. If we ever do any remodeling, building, etc. again I would use Joe Morris Builders
