Description of Work: Remove all old pipe under the house and replace with new approved pipe (cpvc pipe). This was a complete plumbing re-do, and was performed in one day very cheerfully and professionally. Extremely efficient work. It has been 2 1/2 years and no problems. I reccomend Mr. Dunlap wholeheartedly.

+ -1 moreI absolutely cannot say enough good things about Jim Dunlap and the folks who work for him! If you offered an AAA rating, he would definitely deserve it. They always come when they say they will. Everyone is extremely nice & polite. The work they did was perfect. In fact, when they installed the garbage disposal, he was not satisfied with the product because it made so much noise. He went back to the supplier, got another one, came back & installed it, felt that it still made too much noise, and went back & got a third one from the supplier. This one worked well.
Description of Work: Jim & his crew installed a new bathroom sink in master bath, new faucets in both bathrooms' sinks, new fauets in both showers/tubs, new faucets in kitchen sink, & a new garbage disposal. The fee quoted above included the price of all high-end fixtures which I selected. In August, I called him for what turned out not to be a plumbing problem, but his men came, diagnosed the problem, and dug about a 10' ditch to allow for drainage of AC units' condensation which had backed up into my home. He is easy to reach on his mobile phone and returns calls promptly if I have to leave a message. I have already enthusiastically recommended him to some friends and will continue to do so. Would that all service providers were more like these folks!

+ -1 moreHe arrived exactly when he said that he would both times, so that my project schedule was not disrupted. I thought that his price was quite reasonable.
Description of Work: Mr. Dunlap removed some expensive plumbing fixtures so that I could complete tile repair work without damaging them. Then he made a return trip to reinstall those fixtures.

Description of Work: I used Jim Dunlap for plumbing. He replaced all the pipes under my house, four months ago.
