Insulation Specialist

Mr. Lee was prompt and courteous throughout the process from providing an estimate to performing the work as scheduled. I am quite satisfied with the work performed and the clean up after the job.

I had a wonderful experience with him. He's very professional.

Called Mr. Lee for estimate of sealng and insulating the attic and frog spaces. He scheduled and arrived promptly, even drove 1 and 1/2 hour to my location for the estimate. Seemed very nice, looked the property over, and even suggested other ways we might save on our high electric bills. This occurred late this February. After our first meeting I waited for the estimate about 3 weeks and then had to contact him to ask for it. Took a couple days and got it probably third week in March. It seemed a little on the high side, but I was still confident in him so considered it okay. However just after that my husband lost his job and I could not call and accept the contract because of our financial concerns. So it was probably mid-April when my husband was re-employed and I contacted Mr. Lee again to tell him that I was sorry for the delay and why, and would now be wanting the work done. We were also going to work to qualify for rebate through our electric co. for the work so an energy audit had to be done before and after the work to qualify, and Mr. Lee said he could arrange that all for us. He told us that we would soon be contacted to set it all up. Well, April passed, and May, and then late in June still no contact, and I read in the paper that the rebates offered by our util co. were ending in July. So I contacted him and said "Did you forget us? Can you get this done by then?" He wrote back that he had not forgotten us and he would call the next day to discuss, and never did call. Later I emailed him and said forget it, don't think you have the willingness or ability for this project. Still no reply to this day.

It took a whole day to remove the insulation under the house...two men in bio-hazard jump suits. Another day to insulate in the attic. Polite and very accommodating workers.

They were very good. They were punctual. They did a good job and the price was fair.

I love this company! Blythewood HVAC referred me to Mr. Lee. He was kind (to us and his employees), professional and knowledgeable. Mr. Lee and his workers provided excellent service. The insulation was first removed by a machine and by hand then installed new two days later. If you are removing insulation I highly suggest you have the funds to put new insulation right back in. Without it its freezing! I had no idea what a process it is to install insulation. Mr. Lee tacked up electrical wires, used firefoam, tacked up the hvac tubes, added baffles and then piped in insulation as well as laid it. He also insulated the attic tent we have and the door, all electrical holes and the HVAC returns. Our house is sooooo warm now. Additionally, I found out that Mr. Lee builds homes! I enthusiastically referred him to my parents after seeing what his company did with my attic. Hire him and enjoy!
