They sent someone that measured the windows. We went to the store and they helped us pick out our blinds. They were excellent. They did what they said they would do. They were good at the door and assisted us. They helped us make decisions.

They did the hardwood and carpet.

It went okay.

We like the selection and they offer us a 10 percent discount because I am retired Military.

It went exceedingly well.

My experience with them was great, they are really good.

The trips I made to upgrade our outdoor low voltage lighting went very well. I would recommend this store and brand of product for low voltage lighting.

There was no problem with their services; they provided us professional services, I have no problems with them.

They were very helpful. They sat down and listened to what I wanted. We also figured out how much it was and the whole bit there. My problem with them was when they sent it off to this company that they use to put the flooring down and all that kind of stuff, this flooring company they hired was extremely rude. The material that they sent out ended up being one that I couldn't even use because it was a slab house. Their cost was ridiculously high. Of all the quotes I got, they were $200 higher than anybody else. I will never use them again. Home Depot Inc. was very good and the prices were pretty good. They professionalism was really good and the people there are also really good.

They were very helpful in my purchase at answering all my questions and setting up a delivery. Delivery was on time and quick as well.

Everything was performed exactly as requested and on schedule. The Home Depot contractor did an excellent job.

It is a mixed bag with them, I got good service picking out the wood in the store and with the person who came out to do the measuring. The problem is they hire another company to do the installation and they did not call the install so it delayed the installation. The installation was done well but there was a snafu with the date it got installed.

Was advised by the Home Depot "design" consultant that the job would be completed over a 7 to 10 day period. The job actually took 5 weeks to complete during which time the kitchen was unusable. The Home Depot made no effort to resolve the complaints and continued to refer me to their contractor. It was upsetting because I did not buy the services from their contractor but from the Home Depot. The design consultant was completely lost and did not know what to do or how to fix the situation. Cabinets showed up early and were to have been delivered directly to the contractor. Somehow the consultant had mistakenly scheduled them to be delivered directly to my home. This became and emergency and I had to contact the store to redirect the cabinets to the contractor. The countertops were late and backlogged from the supplier. The plumbing and garbage disposal were thrown away by the kitchen install crew and had to be replaced by the Home Depot under pressure. In the end, I thought by buying the remodeling from the Home Depot that I would have someone who would professionally coordinate and manage the work. This was not the case. No one with the Home Depot seemed to know what to do and continued to pass all fault to their contractor. In the future, I know better to hire my own contractor and coordinate the work on my own. The Home Depot is a big box that is good at selling things off the shelf and not good in managing services.
