It did not go well at all. The first time it was delivered, it was not the right size, so I had to go back in. I was treated very poorly by the salesman that was there. I asked for my money back, the manager came over, and we talked. This has been going on for a month and I am just now getting it delivered. They kept telling me that it was going to be delivered the next week and then I would get a call saying that it never showed up. Their automated system would call me and tell me that it was going to be delivered. I would sit around all day waiting and then I would call and they would tell me that the side vent for the dryer was not in. they finally delivered it yesterday and when the gentleman was getting ready to leave water started to flood my pantry. One of the hoses had come undone. So, I had to have them come back out and the gentleman was not happy about that, was rude, and said that it was left over from the installation. When I went into the store and told them about it, they asked if I could be home in twenty minutes, we will meet you in twenty minutes and told them no because I live 45 minutes away. I got here and waited an hour before they even showed up. Someone had told the drivers to go back to the store. I told them that they had failed in all areas of communication. The manager did take a couple of hundred dollars off and did make special arrangements for delivery. They did good on price. They had people who were responsive and people who just did not care. They were professional and just did not get it done. I would never use them again in my lifetime.

I would never purchase HH Gregg's extended warrantee again.

We went to H H Gregg Appliances and bought a new appliance. Within days they came out and installed the appliance. They did a very professional job.
