Description of Work: I had an in home sofa repair. Was given an estimate of $200 plus $50 for service within 3 days.The service call was $60 which would not be charged unless the repair was not made. The repair people found that what I thought was a break was only superficial.They were only 15 miles away and charged me the $60 plus the $50 for quick response. They were in the house for only a few minutes. I think $25 extra would have been more appropriate given the short amount of time involved, and no repair was needed.I will not use this company again.On the positive side, I was impressed with the repair people who were husband and wife. I would use then just not Guardsman which is a referral service.
