after my initial call, I received the visit from Mr Todd Edwards to take the measurements of the pool and check on the currant state of the pool. Extremely professional, knowledgable and informative ! Not only was my pool measured and photos taken by a drone,but I was given a choice of refinishing options . From the least expensive to the most expensive. Questions of warranty and project timing were discussed. i received my official quote 48 hours later. I informed Mr Edwards of our choice and received a call 3 days later informing us that a crew was available and to start draining the pool. Once drained, the first crew arrived and blasted the pool, cleaned the existing row of tiles and prepped the pool. The following day the plastering crew arrived, extremely careful around our existing pool deck and started plastering. This was followed by cleaning with muriatic acid . All fluids were carefully pumped out past our lawn and shrubs as not to damage any. The pool was filled with water and a crew started brushing down the pool to expose the aggregate. The following day, a representative from the company came by to inspect the pool again and to continue brushing. We were given precise instructions on how to tread the pool for the next 30 days. The pool looks fantastic ! What a professional company. i can strongly recommend this company.

poorly, Extended time. Unprofessional staff. unsupervised and some skilled staff. Decking done badly, Now cracked, and unsightly. Some equipment incorrectly installed, Equipment non functional. Faulty equipment. Company left town, taken over, by another company.

They have a computerized water analysis system in which I can bring in a sample of my pool water, and they will then give me necessary treatments and recommendations. Brandon Parrott, the manager, is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. His recommendations have been better than any other person I have ever dealt with. I follow what he says, and my pool is great. I will continue to use their services in the future and would highly recommend them to others.
