Family First Security

I reached out to Family First Security after spending some time and considerable expense with another company who's motto of being "NetPro's" was anything but! When I contacted Family First Security and explained my dilemma, a kind lady from the office (Pam) arranged for Jamie to come out and assess the situation and provide me a quote for the scope of the work I needed, and once we agreed on the price quote, the equipment was ordered, and Family First was even willing to perform a weekend install for me. I can't say enough about how patient, understanding and downright professional everyone I've dealt with a Family First Security has been, everything from arranging the on site consultation, to following up with me on all aspects of the job at hand, from ordering equipment up to & including the installation work, I never felt like I was a burden or just another customer to this company. Rarely have I encountered folks who's listening and responding skills fully addressing my queries and concerns in their replies have I encountered, but Jamie & Pam & their team were downright AMAZING! and I'm most appreciative to the lengths they went to in order to address my needs. Folks, take it from someone who was burned and treated like trash by another company who claimed to be "Net Professionals" but were far from it, if you're seeking a company that truly wants to earn your business, & listens to & responds to your needs, you aught to at least reach out to Family First Security, and give these folks a shot at working with you and providing you with the piece of mind knowing you & your families security is in good hands, and your system installed by professionals who want you to be as happy with their work as they are providing you with a quality installation, with quality equipment that they will not only teach you how to use, but stand behind if anything should unexpectedly go wrong. I would very much recommend Family First Security to anyone seeking the services they provide. ~JT

My experience started with Ken Carnes (sales consultant). He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He came to my house and examined my existing system to see what components could be salvaged and what would need to be replaced. I was pressed for time and had to schedule a follow-up appointment to actually see the demo system and find out about all the options they offered. When we met the second time, he went through the system and demonstrated the functionality and gave me a very detailed overview. I signed the contract and scheduled installation. The installers were prompt and professional. The owner of the company (Jamey Griffin) and Lance came to install my unit. Very organized and quick. They tested everything and then went through everything in detail with me. They demonstrated the system, guided me through setting up the web-based portion of the system and the mobile apps. The excellent service did not stop there! Jermmanee from their office called me a few days after installation to ensure I was happy and satisfied with everything and to make sure I did not have any questions. I would highly recommend Family First Security to anyone looking for a security system! I love my system and the thermostat they installed.

Jamie was very professional from our first phone conversation to the completed process. He and his crew were very courteous and professional throughout the process. We had some minor issues with the system which Jamie corrected along with assistance from the manufacturers tech support. I would definitely recommend Family First Security and already have.

After shopping around (and sitting down with 10 different companies), we decided to go with Family First. From the initial meeting with Ashton, we felt that our security was his number 1 priority. Not only that, but if you are in the market for a security system and you plan to shop around, be prepared to field numerous phone calls daily from other companies. They were like vultures circling their prey. Pressure tactics all the way around from repetitive phone calls to scare tactics. Anyway, it was the complete opposite with Ashton. We informed him that we were still shopping around and he actually encouraged it. We told him that we would contact him if we decided to go with Family First and we didn't hear from him until I called him. He did not try to pressure us into making a decision. We informed him about 1 week later that we decided to go with them. The installers were on site to install the next day. Jamie, the owner and his installer were very courteous and were able to answer all of our concerns. They were on time and very professional. They made sure we were comfortable with the equpment prior to them leaving (instructions, demos). When the owner gives you his card and tells you to call if there are any issues, that says a lot. We received a phone call about 3-4 days later from the owner making sure that everything was going well. Top notch from top to bottom and great updated equipment. Can't beat them.....trust me, I tried.

I was extremely pleased with Family First Security, they were very knowledgeable and professional. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of things that I didn't need, like some of the other companies I received quotes from. I definatly recommend this company to anyone looking for a home alarm.
