Jamie was very professional from our first phone conversation to the completed installation. He and his crew were very courteous and professional throughout the process. We had some minor issues with the system which Jamie corrected along with assistance from the manufacturers tech support. I would definitely recommend Family First Security and already have.

After shopping around (and sitting down with 10 different companies), we decided to go with Family First. From the initial meeting with Ashton, we felt that our security was his number 1 priority. We informed him about 1 week later that we decided to go with them. The installers were on site to install the next day. They were on time and very professional. They made sure we were comfortable with the equpment prior to them leaving (instructions, demos). When the owner gives you his card and tells you to call if there are any issues, that says a lot. Top notch from top to bottom.

Very competitive pricing of quality equipment with the best (3 yr.) warranty on cameras. Job installation was excellent with discussions, follow-up and adjustments. Good personnel to work with. Definitively will recommend this crew to anyone!
