countertops, marble & granite
 + 0 moreDecided on our granite on a Saturday and on Monday they were at our house measuring and demolishing our old countertops. A week later we had new countertops. The reason they don't receive an A and only a B on quality is their measurements were either off or the installers didn't line the granite up right but they basically trapped our stove in. We were updating our kitchen and when the new stove came in I couldn't get the old one out so they had to come back out and shave the edges down. Other issue was when they took our old sink out they didn't leave the garbage disposal connector so we had to buy a new one when the new sink came in.

 + -1 moreThis company ruined my existing sink and caused water damage to our hardwood floors. They disconnected the plumbing when removing the old countertops and did not drain the garbage disposal. We found out later on that they are under a cease and desist order with Labor Licensing board. The manager agreed to repair the damage prior to the owner getting involved. The owner stated that the damage was our word against theirs and that they would deny any negligence. This installation ended up costing us due to the damages they caused and the work they did was sub par. Please do not use.
