We finally got an e-mail from Earth Graphics this morning at 10:52am, 1 Feb 2014 with an attachment stating his fees for this appointment. It also stated that if we don't cancel the appointment within 48 hours, we would be charged a late fee of $85.00. I called Earth Graphics as soon as I opened the e-mail, at 2:00pm, to cancel my appointment for 3 Feb. There was no answer and I left a message stating I did not want this person at my house because none of this was disclosed either when we first met or at anytime when we spoke on the phone on 30 Jan 2014. I do not recommend this company as they do not disclose any of their fees prior to any appointment.
Description of Work: On 25 Jan 2014 we met Ryan Gawler at the Home Improvement Show in Columbia, SC. At that time he gave us his card and said the he would contact us to give an idea as to landscaping our front yard. He did not contact us until 30 Jan to schedule an appointment. He also said that he would e-mail us a "wish list" as to what we would like for landscaping our yard. The appointment is for 3 Feb 2014 at 830am.
