The job was completed as requested and the fix a problem left by another plumber.

Very smooth. Called him on a Sunday because my tenant said there was steam in the garage. Randall gave me tips on how to shut everything down until I could get help. I explained more and Randall got concerned. It's a gas water heater so I was also very concerned. He was over there in 20 minutes and started fixing the problem immediately. Can't tell you how much I appreciate him going over so quickly on a Sunday!

I cant give enough praise to this guy. My shower faucet had been leaking for quite some time and it's great to finally have it fixed without being screwed. The price was extremely fair for both leakes. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that will listen! Earlier in the summer I called another plumbing company (Meetze Plumbing) and they were going to charge me $400 to over $800 for just the leaky shower faucet. I declined the service. I was floored at that price! Now it's November and I really needed a plumber again but I certainly wasn't going to call them. I looked on Angies list and found Duncan Plumbing. I'm glad I found him. It's really hard to find competent, honest people out there sometimes but this guy will not steer you wrong.

We called Mr. Duncan on a Sunday because water was leaking from our ceiling. He informed us that he would have to charge emergency weekend rate and arrived promptly at the time stated. Turns out the problem was a HVAC pan overflow which he was able to determine within minutes of investigating. Because it was a simple assessment and he didn't live too far from my home, we didn't even charge us the full rate! He has since done other jobs for us and has always been honest and dependable. Definitely one of the rare remaining honest businessman and very good at what he does.

Mr. Duncan responded to my call in a timely manner and made the repair. I have been using Duncan Plumbing and Gas for all my plumbing needs sense June of 2010 when I first contracted with Mr. Duncan to remove and replace the entire plumbing system in an older home I was restoring. The job consisted of kitchen with ice maker connection, 1 and 1/2 Bathrooms, 2 exterior hose bibs, installation of all new bathroom fixtures, and all new drain and and feed lines including the mains. Also relocation of the water heater. I have called on Mr. Duncan on several occasions over the years sense first doing business with him. And will continue to do so because I find his prices to be fair and reasonable, his work to be excellent, and him to be a capable, qualified professional that is highly ethical. Always willing to discuss my options for the work I need done, but also advising me of the proper fix for the problem. As the owner of multiple properties. I must do business with people who demonstrate the aforementioned qualities and not just spend money on advertising to lure in the next unsuspecting victim. When I call Duncan Plumbing and Gas Mr. Duncan answers the call, or gets back to me in a timely manner. And it is Mr. Duncan who arrives to do the work, not a person working under someone else's license and calling him or her self a plumber.
