+ -1 moreSeveral of my neighbors were having thier roofs replaced after a hail storm. I asked many who they used and called their roofers for estimates since my insurance allowed me to choose my own roofer for the claim. Downtown Properties gave me a competitive estimate, but the the thing that most impressed me was their professionalism and attention to detail. Their service is excellent! The owner is always available and will respond to questions promptly. The work was done promptly, and was very thorough. I love my new roof. I have had many compliments on it. Some of the roofers I talked to seemed a bit shady, but Downtown Properties did the work they promised and then some! Mine was not an easy roof, but I am very pleased with the result and if I need any remodeling in the future, will be sure to call them!
Description of Work: I had hail damage on the roof of my home and my insurance company recommended replacing the roof. This company replaced my roof and did a wonderful job! The old roof was removed, all of the debris was carefully removed from the yard, and the new roof was quickly but very carefully done. The roof looks wonderful, and I have had no problems with it!
