Tim Conroy was invaluable in the installation of my kitchen tile floor. My husband and I wanted to do it ourselves as we are on a tight budget, but we realized early that we didn't have all the tools we needed and we were unsure about some of the aspects of installing tile. Tim charged us a minimum hourly fee for him to show us what to do and how to do it and helped to get the job started. He stayed to help us out and answer our questions. We were also able to use his tools instead of going out and buying tools we would probably not use again or spend money on renting tools we did not know how to use anyways. Tim was very knowledgable about flooring and handyman jobs in general and was very friendly and a joy to work with. I highly recommend him if you want to do the job yourself but want the HGTVexperience of having a professional in your home to help you. It saved us a lot of time and money as a regular installer would have charged us twice the amount.
