+ -1 moreWonderfully. All was done as promised, when promised. Foreman and crew were pleasant, efficient and worked hard. Excellent service. Roof is guaranteed not to leak for 5 years!!
Description of Work: Remove old tar and gravel flat roof over porch . Installed insulation boards on roof. Installed White T.P.O ( rubberized) system fully adhered to the insulation. Replaced several rotten overhanging ceiling 2x 6 boards Removed all Job related debris daily. Fabricated & installed new metal trim

+ -1 moreThe roof looked fine from the ground but upon further inspection, we discovered that the architectural shingles were not properly installed which voids the thirty year warranty. We had an independent inspector look at the roof and he offered us a detailed report on the problems. Mr. Poole offered to redo the roof, but we didn't trust his men to come back and do a proper job. He said he would reinburse the amount that we had paid (2/3's of the total amount), but the payment has never come. He is not a man of his word and I wouldn't recommend his work to anyone.
Description of Work: A new roof was put on a 100+ year old house. We chose architectural shingles and in addition to a pitched roof there were two flat roofs.
