I would highly recommend them! They did an excellent job and even fixed some grounding problems that we did not know we had-- at no extra cost. He was on time, courteous, professional, and even cleaned up afterwards! We were so pleased with the service that we bought the Angie's List plumbing deal as well. If we need work done in the future, we know who to call.

The provider did not honor the $32 service call as advertised, or the emergency discount coupon of $69, in fact they wanted to charge me $89 to perform a service call. The provider told me that they are not open on Sunday, but it clearly shows that they have Sunday hours of operations, although they said that they will perform service calls on Sunday.

Prompt response to initial call. Arrived on time . Analyzed problem with existing unit. Returned to install replacement unit when it was purchased. Checked problem with security light and returned to install new fixture.

Showed up on time, kept us informed about what he was doing, made good suggestions which we had him implement, finished in the estimated time and cost and did follow-up call to make sure we were satisfied.

On the day of installation, Chris called to negotiate a late arrival, which was fine with me. On arrival, he set right to work and completed the stages, each in their own order: Outside GFCI and service line; crawl space feed to inside breaker box; and breaker box itself. Nothing helter-skelter in in work in the breaker box. He asked to be notified when the Spa would arrive so that he could check that all connections were inside the spa were in good order. He allowed me to dig the ditch from foundation to where the Spa would sit. That saved me a bit. Chris is a good teacher as well. He shared some of the why of what he was doing. I appreciated that. I learned the importance of the GFCI. I know who I will call for subsequent electrical needs.

Crew's performance was exceptional in all aspects. The electrician worked quickly and efficiently, clearly communicated what needed to be done and what he was doing, offered alternatives and did not try to convince us to have additional, unnecessary work performed. He installed the ceiling fans quickly and ensured they were working properly. He also cleaned up after himself. He ascertained the problem with one of the outside flood lights and repaired it without difficulty. He determined the second flood light didn't need repaired and got it working again in a matter of minutes with only minor adjustments. He also was extremely pleasant and communicative. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

CREW found several problems in our wiring and panel. He found solutions and fixed all of the problems. He spend alot of time and his charges were very fair. He cleaned up after they finished working. This was a great experience. I would highly recommend them.

They did a good and thorough job. Some emergency calls took priority over our scheduled appointment. But once they arrived they did an excellent job. I would use them again based on this experience

Everything was fixed quickly and I was very pleased with the service! I will definitely use this company again.

Everything went smoothly and quickly!

Kevin was punctual and completed the re-pipe, shutoff move and kitchen faucet install in about four hours. The quality of the work was excellent and Kevin is very neat and tidy. When he leaves you do not have to clean and remove leftover bits and pieces of material. I'm really pleased with his work and he will definitely be calling him for future plumbing jobs.

The overall job was a breeze. As usual Crew was very prompt and courteous.They worked very quickly and cleaned up after themselves both during and after the process. They answered all the questions I had and seemed eager to explain and help understand not only what they were doing but how and why. I would definitely hire them again and knowing they do heating/air and electrical as well as plumbing I have only one number to keep on my refrigerator for any work I might need done.

He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and tidy. It didn't take him very long to install the heater. I can't wait to call him to fix or install something else!

He showed up promptly at 830 like he said he would and started taking the old tank out. He was so quiet my wife who was still sleeping didn't even know he was there until she woke up at almost 1030. He had all the proper tools even for the newer PEX water line system we have in our home. He hooked up the new tank-less system and even ran the gas line outside for the propane guy. Overall I was very impressed in the work he did and the way he went above and beyond to to the job right but make it easier for the other installers to do their job to make it as seamless as possible for our family.

I had Crew do a new install on a bathroom fan and the related electrical and HVAC (ventilation). Since the job spans 2 categories I'll speak to each separately. This review is for all the electrical work. The approximate cost was for the entire job. I brought a couple parts myself - the bathroom fan and a 1 gang 2 single-pole switch (for the existing light and new fan). Chris and Tim showed up promptly as scheduled and got to work after we reviewed the work to be done. Chris made sure to verify before starting work that the fan and switch was going to go in exactly where and how I expected. They cut the hole in the ceiling, mounted the fan, ran new wire to the switch, and installed the new switch. (and of course did the ventilation run for the fan which I will review separately) Chris had warned me during the estimate running the new wire might take a bit of extra time if there were horizontal 2x4s in the wall cavity. When they got in there during the job, they did find a 2x4 to go through that they had to cut into the wall from the other side to get through. I also mentioned I was having an issue with a hallway 3-way light downstream from the GFCI outlet in the same bathroom I had just put in, and they were able to trouble shoot and come up with a solution to that problem as well (by wiring the GFCI a bit differently). I had discovered the issue between their estimate and the job, so it wasn't even on their agenda but they worked on it anyway. Despite some extra time running the wire through the horizontal 2x4 and the 3-way light - they didn't even charge me extra and stuck to the price they estimated, which was unexpected and much appreciated. The fan has been working great and we're very happy with the results. I will definitely give them a call back for more work in the future.

I had Crew do a new bathroom fan installation, including electrical and ventilation. This is a review for the HVAC portion. I made a separate review for the electrical. The cost includes all work performed for electrical and ventilation. Chris and Tim showed up promptly. After going over the work making sure things were going to get put in where and how I expected, they got to work. During the estimate, Chris had figured instead of venting the fan through a new hole in the roof, or an eave, we could use a roof peak that already vented to the outside. This was a relief as it avoided new holes in the roof, and could still keep an upward angle for the rising hot air/steam of the bathroom exhaust. Crew did things right, and installed 4 inch hard pipe for the main ventilation run (as opposed to DIY kit style accordion foil pipes). Chris had me check out the attic area after they were done to make sure everything met my expectations. I had a few questions and he was happy to answer them all. Everything looks and works great - the bathroom mirror doesn't even fog up during a shower anymore. We're very happy and will definitely give them a call back for future work.

Chris and Tim were very professional. They arrived on time and the job was done within the time frame we were told it would take. They worked together well to accomplish the work we asked for. They worked under adverse circumstances in an attic with very little clearance. Previously we had been told by an electrician that part of this work could not even be done. The job required one man to work in the attic crawling on his stomach in tight quarters. When the work was completed they cleaned up thoroughly and left no clean up for me. Prior to this job, I did not have an electrician to call on. Now I do. These guys were efficient, polite, conscientious, and very personable. I am very pleased and will call on them in the future. Angie's list has provided me with valuable information allowing me to get work done by capable, qualified companies.

Chris Soales is outstanding: prompt, professional and thorough. He spent a great deal of time researching these weird little transformers that I needed for my undercabinet lighting--and he found them at a great price. Then he checked back in with me a week later just to make sure that everything was working correctly. If you need an electrician, use these guys. They are outstanding.

I purchased a Big Deal on Angie's List that Crew was offering for 2 hours work and a surge protector in December. Because of my hectic schedule and a family emergency I had to reschedule meeting with Chris until February. My original list was to have some new outlets, a bathroom fixture installed, and an estimate for new panel box work for a later time. Chris arrived on time, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He inspected and evaluated the different projects that I wanted and provided me with a very reasonable price to complete all the projects I needed. We arrange for him to come back to complete all the work in 2 days. The night before Chris called to let me know that he would be a little late that morning due to permit issue with the city I live in because of a new employee., Chris and Tim arrived very close to the original time that we had set. They began immediately and let me know what I should expect to happen. I was only without power the first day while they were removing the two older panel boxes and installing the new panel box. Chris explained everything that they completed and what was left to complete on the second day. Also suggested I update the meter box and mast on the house which I decided to do as well. Next day they arrived on time and had the additional materials needed for the additional work. At the end of the second day there were a couple of things still undone. My new fan vent cover was not in yet and the bathroom fixture I bought was missing some pieces. Being all excited about all the work being complete I forgot about the outside outlet. I called Chris that night and he said it would be done the with the last two things I had to get finish. On the last day everything went smoothly. While Chris was getting the vent cover he also picked me up some air filters for my AC unit. I was very pleased with all the work that Chris and Tim did for me. They cleaned up any mess every day before they left. I will definitely use Crew Heating/Air, Electric and Plumbing again. Chris is working on an estimate for some ducto work.

broke a lot of masonry bits securing conduit to dense concrete. But didn't charge extra or cut corners. rewired a non-working external outlet in my old home and ran conduit to my front steps. Chris Sole used a photo cell and manual on/off switch to control the safety deck lights on my (previously dark) front stairs. When the photocell failed after a day or two. Chris came right out and replaced it. No problems now. I would recommend Chris and Crew for any electrical /AC work. He is punctual and trys hard to please.

My experience with Crew was great. I called Chris about getting a quote for the work that I wanted done and he happened to be in the area and was at my house within 20 minutes. I have a 2 story foyer that would make changing a light fixture very difficult. It required about 20 feet of scaffolding. The people with crew were very professional and communicated well with me. We had to reschedule due to some issues with the scaffolding but I was notified immediately and rescheduled for the following weekend. The tasks were completed without any problems and I am very happy with the work that was done. I received a phone call within 24 hours from Chris asking if I was satisfied with the work done. The guys from Crew even helped my husband carry wood to the back yard for a project he was working on. Great experience. Would recommend them to anyone.

so some way my phones call did not reach Chris or staff at Crew. I ordered a refund from Angie's list. Today, 4/01, he saw my review and was shocked and upset. He called me this A.M. and was so sorry and explained that somehow he didn't know how this happened and he called Angie himself to help with credit. He was a wonderful and then he calls again this afternoon to tell me he had followed thru on Angie's and he offered me 2 hours of help for free if I should need their services in the future. I'm sure his care is why he has good ratings. So I thank Chris and if the need comes I will call on his company and Chris. Can't beat good customer service. :)

Everything went great! Arrived when scheduled and went to work on our project until job was completed ,then cleaned up and checked to see if I was satisfied with results.

Came out to look things over, and make list of needed items prior to actually starting job. Two man team worked quickly and efficiently, answering my questions as needed before, during, and after work was completed. .

I found Mr. Soles of Crew Electric on Angie's List gave him a call to find out what it would take to have him come out and look at my dryer, I put the plug on the new dryer and it would not run, I tested the line with an old tester and it said there was no power to the outlet, when I checked the breaker it wasn't tripped so I didn't know what was wrong, I explained this to Mr. Soles when I called and he was just finishing a call he said he was in my neighborhood and as I was on the phone he came to my house he tested the outlet and found there was no power, he checked the breaker and found it was the problem he fixed it and my husband called me and told me to call him on his cell he was on his way to another job, when I called to pay him he gifted me the service, I will certainly call him again!!!!!
