Stop! Look no further! Do not waste the amount of time that I did searching through Angies List to find the right HVAC company. After four different companies either put me on a mailing list, did not return a voicemail, or just never answered the phone Chris from Crews answered my phone call on the first ring. Because of my prior experience with contractors and anyone else related in the construction business, I figured it would have been a few days, or even a week before Chris would have been able to come out and diagnose my HVAC problem and give me a quote. On the contrary, Chris was ready to meet with me that same day. I was unable to meet with him that day, but we decided to meet the next morning at 10. Next morning roles around and I get to the house that needs HVAC repairs at 9:45 and Chris is already at the house waiting for ME!!! The first thing Chris notices with the exterior HVAC unit is that it has been moved from its original pad in the backyard to the side of the house. The lines were a mess and beyond that he pointed out that the unit was in a vulnerable position to be burglarized/vandalized. As he is telling me this I'am thinking to myself, "What the h*** does he care where the unit is and if it is vandalized?" I have learned that this is Chris's pattern of thinking. He cares about his customer and he is a perfectionist to NO fault. The scope of work that Chris and his team provided is nothing out of the ordinary. However, the manner in which the work was performed and the conscious effort to leave me beyond satisfied was incredible. I can make you three promises 1) There is no competition with his prices or work performed 2) You will not find a more honest contractor, HVAC guy, or person 3) You will waste your time searching for any other company than Crew Heating, Air, Electrical, and Plumbing L.L.C. By the way, I work for a property investment firm that owns many houses and multi-family units(which I waited to tell Chris after work was completed) and I can guarantee Crew will be handling all service calls for this company.

Kevin was prompt, friendly, and courteous. He was patient in explaining my options, and did his work efficiently and competently. I would definitely use his services again.

Starting off with leak in the faucets, do to the age of the faucets- 1970's style, the suggestion was to replace them. We picked the replacements and they installed them. No problems; great clean up.

This was the second time I called upon Crew Plumbing. I was so satisfied when they fixed my garbage disposal I knew I would go to them again when I decided to install a tankless water heater. When I called them someone answered right away and said that they could come out as early as the next day and gave me a time they would arrive. I thought this was very professional as I hate waiting a week or two for projects. When they showed up everyone was very nice and professional. The price they quoted was more than reasonable and they also were extremely efficient and didn't take up unnecessary time. I would 100% recommend them to anyone I know who needs a plumber!!

I scheduled the visit to replace an adjoining rusted section of pipe, but the Crew plumber made the same point that the inspector had made about our recently-purchased house: the the supply might well break if the offending section was removed. Since the supply was 90 years old, galvanized and undoubtedly constricted, it seemed wise to go ahead and replace it all, especially since we planned new landscaping in that section of the yard.. Crew named an acceptable price and scheduled the work right away. They completed it in two days, with the water turned off for only a couple of house. The work appears to be excellent, the trench in the yard was carefully covered, and the final price was notably lower that originally estimated. Kevin is very personable and responsive, and I am very pleased with the overall transaction.

Kevin was most excellent. He was prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I called for an appointment on Sunday and Kevin arrived the next day, twice. Once to review the job and determine what materials he would need and the second time to complete the installation. The installation of a pedestal sink in our bathroom was done without any delays or price changes which can be common with other plumbers I have used in the past. His attention to detail and cleanliness was amazing, he even left his shoes outside to avoid tracking dirt into our home. I would use his services in the future and highly recommend him for all plumbing services.

It went very well. I had to change our initial appointment time to 2 days later and it was no problem. Kevin was prompt, knowledgeable and cleaned up well. He had the extra parts needed to complete the job.

I was pleased with the work and honesty of Chris and his employees with Crew's Heating and Electrical , I live in another state so it was important to me to find someone whom I could trust. I will us Crew's Heating and Elecrtical again in the future for other jobs.

It worked out well, but I do not think that the surge protector was not adequately explained. I had to pay an additional $89 because we have to circuit breakers. I thought it was designed to take care of computers and TV’s. When I looked it, it says that it designed for appliances. I would use them again.

Tim arrived right on time to change out old, non working outlets in our home. He replaced the 10 outlets and put everything right back the way it was. He also checked out a minor leak in our mud room sink for us. Tim was very professional, courteous and we would definitely give them a call back for future projects.

Tim, the technician arrived right on schedule and was very polite and professional. He was very responsive to my questions and got right to work. He had all his tools and equipment and did a very good job. When he was finished he cleaned up and even offered to sweep the debris left from the install. Tim was very friendly and I felt comfortable having him in my home. Chris, the manager was equally professional and returned all my calls and emails. He stuck to his commitments and was very pleasant to talk to on the phone. I will definitely use Crew for my next service or repair job and highly recommend them.

Very well, except for the specialized part that I need to order, which is not something an electrician would normally have on hand. Tim was on time, very pleasant, personable and knowledgeable about the work we needed done. My husband and I are in our early 70's so no ladder climbing for us! I am very pleased with this company. I think the price was reasonable and the work well-done.

We have used Crew twice in the past and have been pleased with both their electrical work and AC repair. We were able to have someone to our house within 24 hours and had a price and plan to replace the units very quickly. Crew was at our house within 2 days and replaced both units. It would have been sooner but we had to wait on parts. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Since that time we have enjoyed a much more efficient unit and noticed a decrease in our electric bill.

So impressed by this company! Not only was Daniel professional, he got the job done in a timely manner, and even assisted me with warranty information. He clearly went above and beyond and took time to make sure I was comfortable with the services and products he was installing. My experience from start to finish was clearly a step above the competition!

The electrician from Crew informed me that the installation would take more than 2 hrs. so an additional service charge of $200.00 would apply. Had I known this in advance I probably would have installed it myself.

Great!... Arrival... Estimate... No more WATER!!!!

He arrived, gave me a price, picked up the unit, and had it running that night!

We had noticed that it was taking a long time for the water to get hot inside the house. We have a tankless attached to a small electrical hot water heater and recirculating pump. This keeps the water hot in the pipes at all times. We went out to look at the unit to see if it was working. This is the second one we have had to have replaced in <1 year by another company. The unit had tripped the circuit breaker, so we flipped the circuit back on. A loud pop was heard, and smoke could be seen coming out of the unit. I contacted Chris immediately to schedule an appointment with him. He came over within 30 minutes. Chris discovered that the unit had been wired incorrectly, and could have caused a fire. Chris rewired the unit and installed a new socket. We could not be more pleased or thankful to Chris for his prompt and courteous service!

We are a non-profit who just purchased a building that was vacant for the past two years. The building has sat unused and had lots of vandalism. Chris was one of 3 contractors who cam out to bid on the job. One of the estimates was over 16,000 for just one unit and the duct work. No one else would do the electrical and the HVAC - and I would have to have another company come take care of the plumbing. Chris was able to find me the only 5 ton unit in the US - he also was very reasonable in all his rates and quotes for the work performed. We had Tim or Chris on site numerous times to complete the large amount of work that we had contracted with them. The original bid was for just the one AC unit - but after working directly with them - we requested more work. They communicated very well through the weeks it took to complete the whole job and have kept the work moving ahead of schedule. We did not have electricity, water, plumbing, gas or air when they started. We now have a fully functioning building that is amazing to walk into. I really do not know what we would have done without this company. They saved us time and money that as a non-profit we dont have a lot of either to waste. The most impressive thing about working with Crew was the attention to details. The dedication to getting the job done correctly the first time and the determination to make sure we were satisfied. Even today Chris called just to let me know about a better thermostat we might be interested in to help keep overhead costs down - that is amazing customer service. ( ps the staff is very happy to have clean working restrooms ! )

We have had our shower looked at by 3 other companies and no one could find the problem. Daniel, from Crew, showed up and identified the issue. Ordered the part that was under warranty. Installed new part. He was professional and courteous.

Our downstairs unit quit working. Chris came out and replaced the fuse that had blown in the unit. The fuse box was broken, so he replaced the fuse box as well. We had purchased 2 new thermostats and had him install these inside the house. This was after we attempted to install them ourselves. Bad idea. Chris had them up and running in no time.

1st appt - emergency call for my AC not working - house was over 90 degrees - kids rooms at 105 - within the hour the AC was running again and the temp had dropped 15 degrees. Polite - professional and reasonable with the pricing. 2nd appt. they went over my electrical and plumbing - the previous owner was a plumber and did some crazy things in the house. I needed new fans hung up, my kids rooms had broken outlets that sparked or got hot. None of the sinks drained properly - and two of them didn't even have running water. Chris and Tim just smiled and fixed the everything in the same afternoon - went and got supplies and came back. I won't use another contractor. Cant beat the service or price. Nice to have a dishwasher that drains again and toilets that work properly, and faucets that don't leak. I'm a single mother with 3 girls - I don't have a husband to fix things or the spare money to worry about how much upkeep on a home can be. I was referred to Crew by a friend and I am thankful!
