The job went exceptionally well and Kevin is great to work with. He didn't leave me without water overnight, which was really great. ? I will be asking him back to switch out some faucets and things of that type.? Erin, in the office, stays in touch with me and calls me every time Kevin is on his way.? I really appreciate that. I also appreciate that Kevin did not try to sell me anything or try to push anything that I didn't really need.? Other places have done that.

After 3 missed appointments , Chris himself came to the house to perform the task. I think it took him about 60 +/- minutes to rewire the 2 outlets. He did not charge me anything. I pulled my wallet out to pay him for his service, but he said " you don't owe me anything, you had a $100.00 credit " Even though our meeting was delayed a few times it did not bother me because the task was not urgent. He was more than fair to me. I appreciate that. I would call him again.

This company is fantastic, I purchased one of the prepaid deals they were offering for plumbing services. Chris and team completed the work extremely professionally and went over and above to ensure that I was satisfied. I will definitely use them in the future for plumbing and electrical projects.

OMG...this whole company is AWESOME! I found them on Angie's List when I needed a water leak in a wall repaired...got a coupon...within an hour, they were in touch...on a weekend, no less. The could come out that day or could wait until Monday. Leak was contained so I say, come Monday, they say, we'll be there between 8:30 and 9:30 am...ok. At 8:35 sharp, I get a call...from Erin (she's the office person...very nice, professional, thoughtful, courteous...I could go on and on, but you get the picture) telling me that my plumber is 10 minutes out...10 minutes later the door bell rings. There's Kevin...says, let's take a look...within 10 minutes, he's like ok...here's what we got to do to fix it. Quotes me a price, includes the service call, parts, labor, very reasonable. Thirty minutes later...BOOM it's done and everything is cleaned up (minus the hole he had to cut in the wall). No worries. Sweet Erin calls back the next day to followup.. hey, everything ok? Sure, I say. She says, well we know you have a hole in the wall, may we recommend a handyman we use to repair it. Sure I say, have him give me a call. Done. Greg from Homework Handyman Services gives me a jingle and comes by, gives a totally reasonable quote for everything to repair the drywall. Done....all very nice. Thanks Gregg THEN, a week later the garbage disposal goes on the fritz. I call Erin, cause we're like tight now, you know?...she's like "Ok let's get someone over there ASAP". Can you tell I love Erin? We set up a time for the next day. Next day arrives, they have a cancellation (keep in mind our first major winter storm is blowing in)...can we come over now? Sure, I say. Ten minutes later, Kevin's back...takes his shoes off so he doesn't trek any outside nasty into the house...so thoughtful...takes a look...confirms the death of the disposal and quotes me the most amazing price for install with parts and labor...Ok, Sold! Again, within an hour he's got the parts, has it installed, tests everything...walks me through everything...boom, cleaned up, done...you'd never know Kevin was even there...and he took all the old stuff with him...like a ninja, this guy. I like Kevin a lot too! Needless to say, I WILL ALWAYS USE T CREW PLUMBING..they are AMAZING!. I've been in some for of service industry for many years, so I know what to look for and this company has it all. Thank you for bringing back great customer service, honor and integrity to a job well done and an extremely reasonable price. I love you guys!

Tim arrived as scheduled for both visits. Is very organized and thorough. A very professional, knowledgable and customer focused person and organization. They worked with me to support my schedule. I will definitely use them again for my needs.

Kevin Tidwell arrived on time for my estimate on Nov. 11. I was thrilled, although wary, that his quote was half of the previous one I'd received from another Angie's List contractor. But I accepted the Crew Plumbing bid since they also have excellent reviews. Later that day, the work was schedule for the end of that same week! Again, Kevin was punctual on Nov. 15 and got right to work draining the water heater. During that time, he went under the house to drill the holes for the pan drain and to route the pressure relief line through the floor and out the foundation. The water heater was moved to place the drain pan and was then placed back in position. Both the drain pan and relief line were plumbed and every hole in the floor and foundation was properly and neatly caulked. Finally, Kevin removed every scrap of debris, and even thoroughly cleaned the entire floor in the water heater closet and the adjoining laundry room. Every aspect of the job was completed professionally and well above my expectations. Kevin was very patient and polite, taking the time to answer my many questions. I will definitely call Crew Plumbing for any future plumbing needs, and will highly recommend them to anyone else!

While traveling for several months on the other side of the country, I received a call from my house sitter that the water heater was broken and had leaked all over the garage...on a Sunday. I had the previous plumbing company I'd worked with come take a look and the quote to replace the water heater was $4,000. I found Crew Plumbing on Angie's List and they came by the same day I called to take a look. The plumber talked through everything on the phone with me and the replacement quote was less than half the other company for a better quality model of water heater. The replacement was made the next day. After returning home, I found that one of my toilets required repair and they came out the next day. In addition to repair, the plumber was willing to talk through other questions I had and help me determine the best way to address them, noting which things could be put off for a bit if needed. I appreciated the straightforward information and fair pricing and knowing that things were being repaired properly.

We called after hours and the lady took info and called us back within minutes and Paul came soon after. He replaced the valve and it works fine. The service came with a 1 year warranty. He was friendly and extremely professional

I had water leaking under my water heater and called Crew Plumbing thinking I needed a new water heater. Kevin was at my house in under two hours. His office called ahead to tell us exactly when he would arrived. After checking the area around the water heater he thought the problem was to high a water pressure into the house and proceeded to to test the pressure. He had the needed replacement in his truck and fixed the problem and I no longer have leaks. He kept me informed of what he was doing and after isolating the problem he quoted me a fair price. I have made arrangements to have him come back for some regular maintenace I need to have done.

I am working on a bathroom remodel. I called Crew because the shut-off valves to the sink and toilet would not shut water off entirely. The work was scheduled for a few days later. Kevin came out on time and assessed the problem and gave me a quote. We agreed on it and he proceeded with the project. He turned the water off to the house and replaced the valves. After the shut-off valves had been replaced, he turned the water back on and the valves worked. He noticed that the water pressure for the whole house was high and tested it with a gage. As we have had previous problems associated with too much pressure, we decided it would make sense to proceed with having the pressure reducing valve replaced. He gave me a quote on it, we agreed and he proceeded with the additional project. After the valve had been replaced, he tested the pressure again and it held to a safe level, whereas it had previously kept climbing. The total for the project was exactly as he had told me before beginning the work. Kevin also gave me a few tips on replacing the toilet that I had taken out for the remodel. I am satisfied with the work that he did and would call Crew again in the future.

They installed 3 pendant lights and removed old ones. Also checked and answered a couple other questions I had. They were prompt, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend and will use them again.

He performed all the above jobs politely, professionally and cleaned up after himself. It is great to have a kitchen sink which is draining completely and quickly! It is nice to have the stopper back in the bathroom sink and also have the water drain speedily out. The outside water spigots have working handles. The water pressure in the house in within normal limits. Chris called the following day to make sure everything was going well. Chris is scheduled to return today to adjust the water regulator and make an adjustment to the kitchen sink. He was quick to respond to my call. I am confident that he will make me a completely satisfied customer. I highly recommend Crew and will definitely use them again. Also, while he was in the crawl space installing the water pressure regulator, he also did a quick review of my HVAC unit and plumbing and shared a few recommendations with me - all free of charge. Chris wants to do only what needs to be done, considers your goals and does not push you into doing anything that is not necessary or against code regulations. I believe his prices are very fair.

What started out as a clogged kitchen sink turned out to be very old and rusted iron pipes that had to be re-routed and replaced because of age and corrosion. They came by after 5pm to check the clog and when it was decided that more extensive work was necessary, they showed up at 8:30 the next morning. Got all of the work done that day. Including clean up. Now everything works great. Would use them again.

Kevin to the rescue! I had an emergency plumbing situation and Crew Plumbing was here within an hour of my call. The spigot in my laundry room had broken and would not turn off on it's own. I was in a puddle of water with the main water turned off when Kevin showed up. He was kind enough to replace the part with a used part that he had in his van. The original leak was actually coming from a spigot next to the one that burst and he took care of that too! Amazing. All in about fifteen minutes with very little charge.

Kevin did a great job and all with the Angie's List price of 2 hrs plumbing labor for $99. I'm planning a kitchen and bath remodel and hope to use Crew Plumbing again.

I bought a plumbing deal from Angie for $99 for 2 hour of work. After scheduling my appointment, Chris arrived approx. 10 minutes before our scheduled time. He was very polite and concerned about doing everything right. After installing the faucet and testing the operation, he asked if there was anything else he could do for me since it only took approx. 1 hour to install the faucet. I mentioned to hime that I had a few light switches that were giving me trouble and he offered to fix them at no charge. I took him up on his offer and he did an excellent job. I was not charged for the light swiches or any extra labor. In addition to this he discovered that I had a small gas leak in my furnace and that my water pressure was much lower than normal. After Chris left, I called the gas company and they discovered that I had a small leak at the gas connection to our furnace. That was fixed immediatly by the gas company. I also notified the water company and they are sending someone in the next day or two. This is what I call doing an excellent job! Way above the "call of duty"! If I ever need similar help, I know who to call and will never forget this excellent treatment which is so rare these days.

On time and affordable. Very nice, went to Lowes and bought the fixtures for me and replaced an outdoor and indoor fixture, only charged me for a service call. Would use again.

Once the problem was determined the electricians made the call to SC&G answered all the questions, got us a priority repair ticket and duble checked later in the day tat te work by SCE&G was done and done correctly. This situation was handled quickly, courteously and professionally. Couldn't have been done better.

It was excellent. The young man who came in, his name is Tim Singleton, he did a wonderful job. Actually I ended up with two two hours and then he gave me the eight-hour one too at that price. So, that worked extremely well. And he got everything done and cleaned up everything afterwards and was very nice. And I was very satisfied with the work, extremely so. I contacted him when we were ready and it was really soon though, they were ready to do it right away. The price was excellent. Everything was excellent.

Paul was friendly and professional. He was on-time. He quickly assessed the problem and fixed it.
