Crew was selected from Angie's list. Kevin arrived on time, looked at the job, and gave an estimate. Erin called lated to confirm an appointment. Very cold weather caused us to cancel and reschedule later, since some of the job called for outside work. Erin and Kevin worked us in for Thursday and completed the job. I couldn't have expected a more professional, courteous company to work with. They will always be on my call list for plumbing and I very much recommend them!

It was no easy task unclogging my main sewer line... especially since my well was frozen and access to plenty of water would have helped with the work..... Kevin went above and beyond and attacked the problem from many different angles..... He was diligent. Once the clog was cleared Kevin ran a camera down the pipe and showed me the weaknesses in my plumbing and explained the cause and options that would reduce the chances of another clog in that area. I can hardly begin to tell you how pleased i am with the service i received..... Kevin was Confident, Respectful, Professional. I Highly Recommend Crew Plumbing and I plan on calling them in the future for any other plumbing needs....

These guys were great. I had a water issue on New Years eve and contacted Chris early that morning. He informed me that they were extremely busy but if his guys could not make it over there, he would do the job himself! He arrived during the time he stated on the call and immediately went to work. He quickly sized up the issue and fixed my problem. He was fair, precise, and I would definitely use him again. Based on first impressions, this company deserves all the business they can handle!

They performed repairs/replaced a toilet valve, and replaced a faucet on the exterior of the house. They were very professional and the reason I didn't give them an "A" was because they were going to follow up on a problem with the exterior faucet they replaced, but did not.

I called Crew's at about 4:00 pm, (after another company had come out and were unable to fix the problem) and by 5:30pm Daniel showed up ready to work! I can't say enough positive things about this company and the employees! Daniel quickly found the problem, explained what was wrong and offered me different options! I was very impressed with Daniels' professional attitude and patience, and his willingness to take the extra time to fully explain what he was doing. A mini-plumbing lesson! It only took Daniel about 1 hour to find the problem, fix it, clean up, and leave!

We had some serious rot under the floor and tub in our bathroom. Crew gave us a reasonable quote to replace the tub/shower combo, and to cut in a new toilet flange and floor drain. Kevin came when he said he would, and made our bathroom renovation very manageable. He worked around our other scheduled work, and did a fine job. We also asked him to install our new pedestal sink and and toilet, which he also did for a reasonable price. This is a local family business that we will be using again in the future.

Chris Soles, and his partner in grime (see what I did there?) Christie showed up on Christmas Eve right on time. I felt like I was getting a plumbing education (which was a good thing, as I was showing interest in everything they were doing). I had previously purchased a manual Auger (snake) and did the full 15' myself for the clogged drain. I fully expected the results of his snaking to indicate it was something more along the lines of an airflow/breather issue. But after a wet-wipe or similar item came out... I knew we were good. While he was here, I took the opportunity to toss some more 'what-if' scenarios at him from electrical to heating, and I can tell this will be a long relationship. Will be doing business with again.

No longer have any leaks in downstairs bathroom. Water draining very fast in both the sink and tub. Very happy with service and will definitely used them in the future.

Previous night had episode what was initially thought to be air the pipes (sounded like a jack-hammer inside the house), but found not relief when opening various faucets. Noise continued for over an hour; seemingly affected next door neighbors pipes as well. who summoned water department and the diagnosis of a leak in underground water lines. Turned off water at meter. Summoned Crew Plumping at 11:30 next morning, Kevin arrived promptly at 4 pm as scheduled. Performed duties in a competent fashion and diagnosed potential problem as a faulty or failing shower valve after a methodical and deductive evaluation of the problem. He did not force an unnecessary remedy of the issue. Informed me of temporary or short-term procedures to alleviate. If the problem returns or additional consultation or repair is needed, I will use Kevin and Crew Plumbing. I'm quite confident they will handle the situation in a professional, competent, and fairly.

Could not be happier with the service provided. I have used Crew Plumbing on two occasions and both times the gentleman was punctual, pleasant and professional. His prices were extremely fair, well below the competition. He cleaned up after himself and, thankfully, did not try to upsell me. I would very definitely use this gentleman again in the future, but, having watched him work, I doubt that anything he repaired will ever need servicing again.

I'd had no power in one particular area of my home for some time (55 days)--so not emergent, just finally got tired of of the inconvenience. Came to Angie's List, found this company and an excellent deal...Made the connection. | Due to circumstances beyond their control, they were delayed at the job before our appointment---no problem. The few minutes delay was nothing in comparison with the excellent, safe service I received! | The team was professional, clear, willing to teach and took the extra time to really find out what the problem was... The unfortunate thing that challenged their ability to be done even faster than they were was the discovery of the wiring having been oddly installed (not a danger or non-code, just weird. What would have been expected to be the end of the line was actually the beginning of that particular line! | They went above any expectations --especially in this day of increasingly troublesome tradesmen who charge and clearly don't instill any good feelings for having been dealt with straight up. | I will be calling on them again. I felt safe and well served....Oh. Almost forgot about the follow up... They checked twice after they left to be sure all was well with the work done... Who does that today? | A little aside: the screws in the plates on the walls were lined up... sounds goofy, but that attention to detail tells much. | BTW, my team was headed by a young man whose served in our Military. Nice operator set up an appointment that afternoon (called in morning). Serviceman arrived promptly at scheduled time, cleared toilet, answered some questions about another (possibly leaking) toilet, and was done. Very professional and gave us a discount as Angie's List members. All in all, excellent experience (well, except for the clogged toilet part...)

After receiving a new gas range we discovered the gas hookup was a non-standard size and we would be unable to install the range ourselves. It was a Saturday, so I looked on Angie's List and gave Crew Plumbing a call based on their prior feedback. Nobody answered, as is expected, but I left a message. A few minutes later I received a call back from the receptionist inquiring for more information. I told her it wasn't an emergency, but I was interested in seeing what the Sunday charge would be. She took the info, and told me she would call the technician who was on call. A short time later I received a call back from Kevin. After talking to him about the issue, he explained to me the cost for a Sunday visit. I decided I could be without the range for another day, and he generously offered to have the receptionist call me Monday morning. I received a call early on Monday morning, and was quickly scheduled for the evening of the same day. Later in the day I received a call from the receptionist again telling me that unfortunately Kevin had gotten bogged down in a job and would not be able to make it Monday evening. I understood, as sometimes jobs can become bigger than you expect, but seeing as I was without a range to cook on I was a bit apprehensive about how long the delay would be. I was told they could get me in Tuesday afternoon, which I accepted. Received a call from Kevin on Tuesday afternoon informing me he could be there earlier if I was available. I happily accepted and came home to meet him. He took a look at the problem, turned off the gas, replaced the valve and got the range hooked up. He did have to run to the store to pick up a piece since it was non-standard, but I expected as much and he was quickly back finishing the job. Throughout the whole process, everyone at Crew was polite and responsive. I would use them again, and recommend them to others.

I thought it best to not open the boxes but in the future will open to make sure everything is there as with these timed deals there is no time to go get parts.

One outlet required specific amperage, so direct line to circuit breaker box was needed. All work was done as scheduled and in a very professional manner.

It went AWESOME! He came in, assessed the job, went to get supplies and came back to complete the job! He was totally prepared and totally professional! My sink drain is the "fastest drain in the south"! The water even makes one of those whirly cyclone things in it when it drains! I am very impressed and very happy with the work they did!

Thank you Crew Plumbing! I had been having kitchen drain problems for awhile. After many attempts with drain cleaners and countless hours with a plunger, I realized it was hopeless. The Tuesday before Thanksgiving I called Crew Plumbing and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. This happened to be the first snow of the year. I was doubtful of them being able to keep the appointment due to road conditions but Kevin showed up as promised, crawled under my mobile home in the bitter cold and snow and not only cleared my drain once but twice to assure it was completely clear. It saved Thanksgiving Dinner!!

Can I give them higher than an 'A'? I bought the $99.00 special which gave me two hours of a plumber. We had an issue with our powder room toilet. It turned into affecting all of the plumbing in the entire house. Now I have an elderly Mother in Law and my husband and me. My husband called Chris and he said he was slammed but would have someone come out around 2:00. That person did not come out so my husband called again and Chris told us that they would be out, it would just be later. We told him that we had to have someone here that day. He said he would have someone out. The guy came out (I wasn't home) and met with my husband. He looked at the main drain in the yard and there was a 'soft clog'. (EWWWW!!) He took care of that and it was done and the $99 covered the service. He did suggest that we have them come with a camera and make sure we didn't have any roots or anything more obtrusive. (Which we will do in the near future). I was extremely happy and although they couldn't come that moment, they came as soon as they could. It was a last minute urgent request. Did I mention that Chris called that evening and followed up? That's service!

AWESOME! I couldn't have found a better company to fix my plumbing problem(s). I was trying to replace a valve under my bathroom sink and while trying to get the old valve off, the pipe inside the wall broke. It was at the end of the day when I contacted the company and Chris, the owner, made time to come out and repair the broken pipe inside the wall. He had to cut through the wall under the sink, wall behind bathroom, which was in my closet and remove a big piece of flooring in my attic in order to gain access to the broken pipe. He repaired the broken pipe, repaired the wall and put the flooring back in the attic. Chris was very focused on the job to make sure I had water. He is very knowledgeable, professional, nice, clean cut and I could go on and on. I was also very comfortable with him in my home. The cost was more than fair. I'm very, very pleased with this entire experience. Believe me, you WON'T be disappointed! I'm very grateful and thankful that I chose this company!!

Tim was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He did a great job, answered all of my questions, and thoroughly cleaned the work area. I would definitely love to work with him again.

The problem seemed to have corrected itself so there was no need to perform a service at this time. His friendly countenance, ability to listen, and professional manner made me feel very comfortable. I liked his answer to my question about how he charges for his work. I would definitely call him again.
