We left for out of state on the 23dh and returned on the 27th and advised him that we would contact as soon as we got back. I attempted to call every single day from 28th until 4 August and left messages, with no response whatsoever. I contacted Angie's List and they could not reach him either. CREW is not at all reliable and will not reply to telephone messages. I could not find any email.

I had a circuit breaker that kept tripping. Service provider located a short in a receptacle and fixed the problem in short order. I was very pleased with the entire process.

Service was great. A/C went out on a Sunday afternoon, but he came by anyway. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The problem was diagnosed and corrected quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again.

The toilet was a two part job - old toilet removed before new floor installed, and replaced with a new toilet a few weeks later. The guys were very efficient, tidy and quick. They went beyond what was originally requested (replaced a shower head that we had intended to do ourselves). I wish all tradespeople were as friendly and helpful!

This is a fantastic company to do business with. First, communications were always fast and appointments scheduled quickly. Erin, who runs the office, is absolutely the best! Both Kevin and Sam did the work over the course of several different days. They always arrived on time, were very pleasant, took time to answer all questions, and left the work areas clean. I am new to the Asheville area and was concerned about finding a good, friendly, and reliable plumber... but not any longer. They are now my go-to plumbers. Without hesitation, I highly recommend calling this company for all of your plumbing needs.

We woke up this Sunday to find water dripping from our family room ceiling. After shutting down the water to the house and cleaning up the flood on the floor, we called our home warranty company to initiate service. After several hours without a further response from the home warranty company, we went to Angie's List to find a plumber ourselves. Just as we started, the ceiling in the family room caved in. Total disaster. We have a small child at home, another on the way, and one of us is leaving town tomorrow morning for a week for work - this needed to be fixed TODAY. We saw the great reviews on Crew Heating & Air and called Chris. The number listed went to a voicemail that didn't sound connected to Crew, but Chris returned the call promptly. We explained the problem and he provided a rough estimate on the phone. He was willing to come today and willing to work with the home warranty company. After getting approval to use our own contractor from the home warranty folks, we asked Chris to come. He showed up in less than an hour. He had all the tools and parts he needed to fix the problem immediately. It was an awkward repair, being in a dark attic that was not easy to access (well, except for the gaping hole in our ceiling). He discovered that the copper pipe was in fact corroded for nearly 25 feet spanning a significant length of the house. He worked with the home warranty company, advocating for us to get full coverage for the replacement - not just at the site with the current leak. This has, I hope, averted disaster in many more rooms. He did the work quickly and professionally. Chris was also able to provide a recommendation for someone to repair the drywall (although we haven't contact him yet). I cannot say enough about this service and the fairness of the price!!!! OUTSTANDING!! I would use Chris again in a heartbeat and thank him from the bottom of my heart for coming out on a Sunday to help us.

This was a good deal. It's a shame I couldn't take advantage of it.

The dimmer/receiver works fairly well. ( The light on the wall doesn't work but the ones by the bed do work so I can use the fob to turn on/off lights from the bed). Reattaching the outside light worked well.

We are beginning a bathroom renovation in an old house and thought we needed to install a water cut-off valve to remove the old bathtub. Kevin was the Crew Plumbing service technician who responded to the call. He was very knowledgeable about the type renovation we were planning and provided guidance about potential problems we may encounter. He suggested a simpler approach to removing the tub that avoided the need to install a cut-off valve and minimized my charges on this visit. Kevin was very courteous and knowledgeable. Based on this visit, I will definitely call Crew Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

This is the second time we have used Crew Heating, Air, Electrical & Plumbing. They arrive on time, do a professional job, cleanup, are very friendly and charge a very reasonable price. I highly recommend!!!

It went very well. Erin on the phone was helpful, courteous and professional. Kevin Tidwell on the job was punctual, professional, answered all of my questions, and worked efficiently to solve my problems. I will definitely recommend Crew Plumbing to my neighbors and friends.

Of the two problems I had, they took one care of one instantly. They were here on time and were very competent. The second problem I had, they were unable to diagnose or fix it. It was perfect. He established contact for me. I talked to them, set-up the date and they came when they said they would. The two crews that came out for Crew electrical were polite, competent, friendly, industrious and very good. It was fine. I was just disappointed that they couldn't solve the circuit breaker problem. Within seconds, they ave fixed the other one. They recognized what the problem was, diagnosed it and fixed it. They were quick. I could have labored on it myself for a month or so and not did what they did.

The appointment was made for a Sunday at 9:00 AM. They came on time. Were extremely courteous. Took a look at my problem and basically told me that there was nothing wrong with the Spigot. It worked just fine. They also showed me where the water shutoff valve was and how accessible it is for me. They cleaned up after themselves. I am impressed because they could have easily told me that I needed this, that and the other thing. They did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. I now have a plumber for life. Erin in the office was great as well. She switched apt dates for me from a Sat to a Sun with no problem

I had purchased the Big Deal from Angie's List and the Service Provider never called me or came out. I was refunded for the service.

Arrived, installed surge suppressor within 15 minutes and was gone. Very friendly and efficient.

Fixture was very old and wired unconventionally. Technician showed ingenuity and professionalism in work to make new lighting possible w/out significant labor charge or change to existing ceiling framework.

I was very impressed from start to finish. I called the company on a Sunday (when I realized I would be unable to do the plumbing myself) and Erin called me back within the hour to schedule someone to come out the next day to take a look. Paul came the following morning to provide an estimate and came to do the work the following day. Everyone was very responsive, professional and easy to deal with.

I have used Chris and his team from Crew before and they did an excellent job, so this time around when I needed to install new fixtures I purchased the $99 dollar special. Chris contacted me within a day to schedule the work and as always, showed up right on time and ready to work. This was not a simple install, the pipe and shut off valves the builder used were pretty lame and Chris had to cut and install new shut off valves on each line. One of the new valves from Home Depot was defective and during the install it failed creating a leak. Chris immediately took steps to stop the water, unfortunately some water leaked into the first floor ceiling. Chris took steps right away to have professional drywall people and painters come and fix the water damage within a couple days. He took care of everything and even painted my entire kitchen ceiling, no halfway patch job with Chris, he did it right. He also called several times to make sure that the work was complete to my satisfaction. In summary, Crew did another fantastic job for me. I will be using them again in the near future.

We hired Crew though an Angie's List deal. Initially they did not show up on the promised date. We called them and they explained their computer server crashed and they lost all their upcoming appointments. They apologized and came promptly to perform the work. Further, they fixed 2 outlets we didn't even request when they saw a problem. They were very professional, clean & quick. The service technician was friendly and knowledgeable. They took a bad situation and completely turned it around to make us have an excellent customer experience.

The office called in advance letting me know when to expect service.The plumber arrived on time .He was efficient,polite and helpful answering any questions.I would recommend Paul @ Crew Plumbing for excellent service.

They emailed me and said I had two days to respond to them or there would be no follow-up with them. I started calling and emailed them but they never responded. I have decided not to use the deal.
