We used them again, and they found an unexpected solution to our problem (a faulty pressure regulator) which fixed a host of smaller problems. Great service.

Description of Work: Crew Heating, Air, Electrical provided a special Angie's List offer on 2 hrs. work for $109. I provided email info about my wish list for my house built in 1965 - changes of four ceiling light fixtures and addition of accent lighting. Crew was quite busy due to calls on special Angie's List offer and could not schedule inspection and estimate right away. Were finally able to come and arranged to complete job on a Saturday. They got to work promptly, installed new wiring and accent lights in ceiling from attic space above. Were able to accommodate an additional lighting request that I made at the last minute and were careful to select switch plates and switches to complement existing room decor. They were careful to place accent lights in precisely the right place to illuminate paintings in living and dining rooms and cleaned up afterwards. After they left, I had occasion to check out attic space and found that insulation blanket/batting had not been rolled back into place after lighting units were installed. Rather than call Crew, since I knew they had busy schedule, I replaced the batting blanket back over the ceiling joists myself. I'm sure they would have returned and taken care of it if I'd called. I am especially pleased with the adjustable accent lights and the ambience they add to both rooms.

Description of Work: Last fall when Chris replaced the outside water faucet, the hole in the brick was larger than the base of the faucet. He screwed it to the brick as best as he could and warned me it wouldn't take much to pull out the screws. Of course when I started using the faucet this spring, the faucet pulled off ( I wasn't too easy). Chris came back WITHOUT CHARGE and attached metal piecings on each side of the facet base and then screwed the facet to the metal pieces. All is good now! And there is NO way the facet will pull off ever again. Kuddos to Chris and Kris!! Great job! - accomodating, communicates well, and very pleasant. He guaranteed his work which I appreciate. I definitely will use him again and will continue to refer him to others.

Description of Work: Kevin from Crew Plumbing provided excellent service. He diagnosed a leak we had that was due to problems with our washing machine and not the plumbing, then advised and provided service on a somewhat tricky outdoor faucet repair that was needed. Service was prompt and courteous. He was very clear and helpful in his explanations of the work that needed to be done. We will definitely call them again when we need plumbing services.

Description of Work: Cleared and clean a narrowed drain, and improved the drainage remarkably, for an old bathroom sink. The provider was courteous and cleaned up after he was done. We used an Angie's list coupon.

Description of Work: They replaced a chrome roman tub fixture with an oil rubbed bronze fixture that was very difficult to do. He had to do some cutting and resautering of pipes. He also cleaned out my tub drain that was clogged. Yes, would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: I purchased the "2 hours for $110" Big Deal. I had two leaky faucets, the kitchen faucet and the tub faucet. A plumber came out on Feb 20th and replaced my kitchen faucet. It took him about 30 minutes. He said that I would need to call back to make an appointment for him to come out again, because he didn't have the part for the tub. | |Long story short, I tried several times to make that second appointment, but did not get an answer, call back, or reply to email. After a week of waiting to hear from them, I had to get reps from Angie's List involved. Within a couple days of contacting Angie's list, they called me back and we arranged for them to fix the leaky tub. | |Aside from the communication issue, the work seems good. The guys I spoke with seem very nice and knowledgeable. I no longer have leaky faucets. Because of this gave them a B overall, just to give them the benefit of the doubt that they weren't actually trying to avoid me. I indicated that I would not hire them again, because the trust just isn't there. I went through too much to get two leaky faucets repaired.
