After using one company, who had originally installed the unit; and having numerous and continuous repairs I was given Javed’s name by a friend. She said he was honest and reasonably priced. Javed came and sorted out a huge mess. I can’t help but wonder if the other company never fixed to keep me calling them? Since I have been using Cool Crafters I have had very few repairs. Javed comes twice a year to provide regular maintenance. If I have a problem he is prompt to arrive. His prices are very fair for his service. Javed is extremely honest and professional.
