Guys were very quick to show up, check out job, take inventory & return to finish repair. Returned later same day to adjust motorized closer. Communication re steps and when they may/will show up needs to be improved. I would however, recommend this company👍

The timeline for job completion was half what other companies offered. It took only 2 days for them to complete measurements and order the doors; when the doors were ready only two weeks later, the installer, John, came out early and took only one day to completely install both doors. The job cost was exactly what Clark quoted at the beginning. It was quire refreshing to do business with this efficient, expert team.

Quality of service and price.

Sent one young man. He was very polite and professional. He was prompt and got right to work. It took him about 1 1/2 hr. Once he was done he cleaned up EVERYTHING! Even the box that he didn't bring. I would definitely use and recommend this company a million times! GREAT JOB!!

Had to call back. The initial completion was poor quality. The second time was satisfactory. Disappointed that they would leave a job initially looking so shabby.

Clark called me back while I was still ON THE WEBSITE! I was expecting to have to schedule a day later this week, in fact I was working on the scheduling when he called, but he had someone out three hours later! Incredible customer service! The technician was a super guy and worked quickly. He even gave me some tips for good maintenance practices. I had no idea what to expect, and the price I paid was more than fair. Overall a great experience!

Just a few minutes after I requested a quote on Home Advisors, the owner, Clark, called me with the information. They were able to send someone out the same day. They worked efficiently to install the new springs, then cleaned all the working parts of the door. He also shared tips on how to keep our door in good working order. Would definitely use the company again.
