Very well.

They are not a Stihl dealer but they did a full check of all normal issues that would prevent them from starting. They said nothing would work and to take it to a Stihl dealer if I wanted to go further into it. He said they spent 30 - 45 minutes checking it out and didn't charge me a penny. Very Honest in my opinion. I took it to a Stihl dealer and sure enough it was the engine portion, would cost more to fix than to by a new one.

My gas powered push lawn mower hadn't been working right for almost 2 years. When I took it to CNE Doug immediately saw what it was and we had a good laugh - too embarrassing to put it in there! He gave it a tune up, oil change, new filter, cleaned the carburetor and it runs like a charm. This place is excellent and I didn't have long to wait for the repairs and they were shorthanded at the time. I also had an informative conversation about lawn mowers and I appreciated the respect I was given as a client. I'm recommending this business to anyone who needs small engine repair.

The Mower was not working and a wheel was bad. For sentimental reasons I told them I was willing to spend a $150 or more, I just wanted it working. they told me to contact them the next afternoon if I had not heard from them and indcated that it would probably be done the next day. I called the next afternoon and it was done. I was thrilled when they got the mower going and replaced the wheel for a little more than half of my offer. They repaired what was necessary. A new carberator, a wheel,and a new push valve to start it. They showed me the old part and how bad it was. they noted but did not replace the throttle wire because, as the serviceman said, there was no need The shop was clean and they were very proffesonal. Hoours are 10 to 5 ia little inconvienient but worth it,

Took in a lawnmower that wouldn't start. Right from the beginning I was very impressed with the greeting and professionalism. They answered my questions and I felt very confident in their ability to work on my lawnmower. They needed to keep it to diagnose the issue. They called the next day to discuss the issue they discovered and get my approval to move forward. They gave me a estimate and said it would be a few days--they had to order a part. A few days passed and then more than a week. I called them and they said it was ready, so I went that afternoon to pick it up. I'm not sure why they didn't notify me that the service had been completed. The final bill was actually about 20% less than what they had estimated. I hope the lawnmower is running for months and years to come but if other issues arise I will definitely return to CNE for service.

My riding mower wouldn't turn over, sounded like the battery was wasted. Struggle for 2 hours to get the old battery out of the mower, ending up dismantling a fair amout of the engine to get it out. Bought a new battery, more powerful, at Walmart, brought it home, struggled for 45 minutes to getC it in and reassemble the engine. Turned the key, not a thing! Disassembled the engine again to see if I had accidentally disconnected a wire. Nothing. Reassembled, tried again... they say insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Dead as a doornail. Called my service center, no answer during business hours, gave up after a half dozen tries. Used Angie's list again, called top rated, and he answered his own phone, first call! As I said earlier, he listened politely, asked one question, suggested I try replacing the fuse, told me it wasn't my fault. He pegged it in less than 60 seconds. I'd pay a bill if he sent one. This man is great, trustworthy, more concerned about solving problems than making two bucks on every caller.

I took in my lawn mower because it wouldn't start. He fixed it the same day and only charged $22 labor and parts. I only wish he was open on weekends.

I called and was given an estimate over the phone. The quote was $30-$40. I took the saw in and the man said he would have it ready the same afternoon before 5 PM. I went back at 4 PM and the saw was ready. The price was only $21.00. They were very helpful and offered great advise on keeping my old saw in working order. These guys are professional, fast and priced right.
