+ -1 moreI didn't pay anything for the quote. I would tell people that they probably can't afford it. The guy is absolutely 40% higher than anybody. In my opinion, he won't be in business or he shouldn't be in business, but he's robbing somebody. I've been in sales for a long time, but he's basically robbing people and that's pretty clear. I would never use him in the future. It’s not an issue. I just got bids from a lot of people and he was one of them. He never did any work for me. He may do great work. He’s so expensive and to me, it’s not even an issue.
Description of Work: I got a bid from Charles S Coleman Construction about 5 or 6 weeks ago for a room addition.

+ 0 moreHe is very reliable. What he says he’ll do he will do for the price he quotes you at. He is very punctual. He is a great listener. I have never had any problems with any of his work.
Description of Work: I’ve used them every year since 2003. He added on two rooms to our house. He built a workshop. He did some pavement for us. He put up some fences. He is also really good at getting the right people for me for other jobs.
