Job went extremely well. On jobs like this, it is always about the installation crew you get and the kind of job they do. This crew was very good. Worked from early morning until sunset to get the job done in 3 days. Cleanup was very good, a few small pieces of debris left but much better cleanup than I had expected. In the end, I paid what was due with no hassles and felt the job went well.

We were told we had a lifetime warranty on the door and also that we had a lifetime supply of their window cleaner (the door was put in in 2009). We went to get window cleaner in 2011 and they THEN said the window cleaner was only good for a year. I don't know how much that stuff costs but we had all our windows replaced in 2011 and did NOT use them because they created ill will. NOW we have a torn seal at the bottom of the door with the "lifetime warranty". ..I had to call FOUR times before anyone would even call me back to set up an appointment. When I kept calling, I was told it was the responsibility of the technicians to call and there was nothing they could do if no one was calling me... Since I assume the technicians work for them, I would think there would be SOMETHING they could do. So, if a technician never calls, how good is that warranty. FINALLY after much ado and nagging, someone called me today and informed me that even though we have a lifetime warranty, we would have to pay $75 for the service call. THAT is not any kind of warranty we were told about.; I would never do business with these people again and if you, my fellow consumers, decide to, keep in mind, the sales people will be prompt and courteous and tell you everything you want to hear but once the job is finished, watch out!!! Very very unscrupulous!!!

We have needed a replacement front door for several years. Because of the dimensions of our door frame, none of the DIY stores (Lowe’s, Home Depot) were able to provide us with a satisfactory new door. We finally contacted Champion, who had done a great job of installing new windows for us a few years ago. They came to the house more than once to measure the space carefully and be sure that they had all the correct specifications for the door we wanted. The door was made to order and was installed a few weeks later. The installation went very smoothly and we are delighted with the new door. It looks great and is so easy to open/close. The locks also work simply and effectively (something we were not used to with our old wooden door). We spent more money than we thought it would cost, but are happy with the results.

They did a very good job. Everything turned out like they said it would. Primarily it was on technician doing the installation. The installation process took about 3-4 weeks because one piece had to be special ordered after the installation had already started.

They did a great job. I liked how professional the installation was. I was very pleased with the work.

The end result was good but the process was painful. The person who came out was fine but the said the coupon I had was not applicable but eventually they accepted it. They measured and had to come back to re-measure which was fine. I wanted the work done within 6 weeks because I was going to be renting out the house at that time and I wanted it done while I was still living in the house. The service coordinator I worked with was fairly unresponsive but the sales representative, receptionist and installer were good to work with. It ended up taking two months after I moved out for the work to be completed. My tenants seem happy with the quality.

They were here on time, installed the windows efficiently and after cleaning up they asked if we had any more questions.

Billy installed the windows. He did an excellent job - he was patient and answered all of my questions and did a good job cleaning up when he was finished. The windows look great and I could tell a huge difference between our new and old windows immediately! The window are expensive (3 of our windows were free because we won a drawing at a home show), but the warranty is complete AND transferable, which was very important to me. I was also incredibly impressed with the quick response when I had a question after installation. I rather hastily put blinds up in my daughters room and was worried that I had drilled into the new frame of the window and voided the warranty. I called the office and a gentleman came out, on my schedule, as soon as possible. He assured me that I had not damaged the window and gave me tips on the best way to put blinds up for my other windows. The gutter installation also went very well. The installer had everything he needed in a trailer. He fully explained everything when he needed me to make a decision. The gutters look like crown molding trimming our house. A tremendous improvement over the old plastic gutters!

They were okay, except they didn't do what I asked. They did a good job.I have used them before, they are a first class operation. I couldn't be there, so they did what they thought was okay. I thought the price was fair. They showed up on the day they were supposed to show up.

We used Pella for the back half of our condo and were reasonably pleased with the result. When it came time to do the front (5) windows with fixed panes, Pella's price seemed way too high. We also had a requirement to maintain the same viewable glass area as the old aluminum frame windows (Vinyl windows have wider frames around the glass thereby reducing viewable glass area). Champion came up with a way to install a slightly oversized window at a much lower price than Pella. The windows are stunning. The quality is excellent and the view has been enhanced by the larger glass area and matching trim on the inside (bronze on the outside trim and white on the inside trim). When high winds and storms rip across the lake you can see but not hear them. The old windows would rattle and leak, these new Champion windows are rock solid, quiet and beautiful. It is hard to express the improvement these windows have made.

we met with a sales rep on November 18 2013 and placed an order for custom windows and doors. The installation did not happen until February 2014. The 3 "custom" doors each had their own key, the screen door was unable to slide. On one of the doors, the threshold was damaged to the point where bare metal shows through and we have to use a bar to provide security on one of the doors. We contacted champion telephonically the day after install, waited a couple of weeks to have someone come out and check the work. At that time they did get the screen door to slide, noted the damaged threshold and stated they will look into the lock situation. Several weeks. Later they did replace the lock cylinders so one key could open all three"custom" doors, say they would fix the threshold and check on the security issue. Several more calls resulted in another visit to our home, another acknowledgement that the install was bungled and more promises to look into the the other issues. Here we are 5 months later with promised repairs or we'll look into that on doors , windows and installation that is guaranteed for life. If the repair response is this poor now, what hope do we have for long range problems

Our experience with them was excellent. They are not cheap.

The rep who came out was Chris, he was very professional, personable, and pleasure to work with. I purchased windows to complete my living area. Another rep came to re-measure, also very nice man. And installation was on time, completed in one day. Overall satisfied. Calling Chris again to replace remaining windows for the bedrooms.

I called them 'cause I wanted them to come out here and give me an estimate on some work and they said that they were coming. On the date that they were supposed to come, I got this phone call that said that they could not come so I cancelled my appointment with them since I did not reschedule. That's not a good impression. I didn't get a good feeling about that. I didn't like that. If somebody asks me, I wouldn't bad mouth them but I wouldn't recommend them either. Maybe they overbooked that day.

The sales person was professional. Took measurements for the 14 Windows I wanted to replace. I wanted double hung with sectional grids. The price quoted was very high so I advised the salesperson that I would not be interested in purchasing windows from his company.

Did not come to the house when scheduled on 2 occasions. When finally finished, we we 1 window short.

They were very professional and got the job done for the price quoted.

We contacted Champion for an estimate on installing a screen porch on the rear of our house. They responded quickly, arrived when they said they would and the rep was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The quote was higher than we were prepared to spend at this time - as were other quotes by other providers that we received. When we do install our porch covering, we will very likely choose Champion based on the quality, low-maintenance product and their reputation.

We didn't use them to install our windows. We went to their showroom and they gave us a price of around $9,000.00+, which we thought at the time was totally outrageous! As it turned out it was. Their quality was okay I suppose, but not significantly better than most of the others we looked at. The next highest price we got was in the low $7,000.00 range. For this reason, we didn't consider them and actually purchased quality windows for under $4,000.00.

They were great. They did exactly what they were supposed to do and everything went very well. We had a very good experience with them and I would use them again if I had the money. We had no issues at all with them. Their price was average.

Took longer then expected but that was due to bad weather. Everyone that worked on getting the job done, from the initial salesman to the installers, where all very respectful and polite.

Bottom line, I got exactly what I wanted, at the agreed on price. I am very happy with the finished deck and balcony. However, I waited three months to write this review, to get this perspective, because the experience was very frustrating at times. The biggest issue was communications. Because of Columbia's very rainy spring, they were two months late getting started. That's okay, but I had to hunt down the project manager by phone each week to find out whether or not they were going to start that week. When I wanted to meet in person, he didn't show up at the agreed on time. Details of the deck plan (spelled out in the contract!) were forgotten until I reminded them. The low point was when they changed all the locks on my garage, and I couldn't get into my own garage for a weekend because they had all the keys!! Champion DID reimburse me for a triple water bill after they left an outside faucet running the whole time. Stuff like that. Thing is, the actual construction, and its hassles, were only a few weeks, but quality lasts a long time - and the quality of the work done is very good. For that reason, I would recommend them, with the caveat not to sweat the small stuff.

The installer, Jeff, was very professional, respectful of our home and property, skilled and pleasant to do business with. Salesman incorrectly ordered one set of windows causing us to wait another 4 weeks for the correct one, then on the day of that installation warehouse supplied one wrong part causing a minor delay for installation. Salesman also did not follow up with phone calls and didn't provide us copies off all paperwork. Overall the quality of the windows and the installation were great but pricey.

Despite listing Clarendon County as a service area Taylor will not come to Manning.

John was very professional and punctual. He explained what this job entailed step by step and then reviewed what he had done when the job was completed. He completed his work in a timely manner.
