Description of Work: Everything was great. The only problem was that they wanted you to finance the windows with a certain company. I wanted to pay cash but they still required that I finance the amount. The loan company and others parts of the same company asked for five hard copies of my credit report. Because of this, my credit score dropped 50 points. I paid the loan of when the work was done but the damage was done. If you must finance, don't let Champion do it.

Description of Work: They replaced a broken window damaged in the storm. My only negative was that two windows were removed along with the dividing molding to accommodate the new window. Although this was my order, two replaced with one, I was not aware that I would be responsible to repair/replace the molding inside the house where the divider used to be. We really like the open view of new window style. We may replace another two with one. Need to see how hard the molding repair is.
