This company is absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They make the entire process as easy as possible from the initial quote, to picking samples, to the final install. Jacki and David are great at what they do and the installers were beyond professional. They arrived early and completed their job as scheduled with amazing results. Our kitchen is small and we had a limited budget but they worked with us the entire time and it turned out amazing. They were never pushy and really wanted to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. They installed custom counter-tops with an under mount sink, new cabinet doors, a new custom cabinet to go in the laundry area, accent molding and custom wood working to close the gaps between the stove and the wall. They even provided suggestions on color and configuration we hadn't thought of to really make the kitchen stand out. I would 100% hire again and strongly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

They were on Angie's List. They did a good service. I have no complaints. The price was fair. The lead time was longer than we expected and longer than what they projected as well just to get the materials in. It took a long time for them to get the material in. They did a good job.

They were on time with the scheduled service. Looked over area to be buffed, taped edges of sink and stove and started to work. Job was completed in about one hour. No mess left behind.

Contacted them by phone for initial questions about products. Jacki was very helpful and I received a generic quote for cost approximation by email the same day. Visited their showroom to view samples and see all available options. Jacki was very helpful with color suggestions and ideas. They listed on their website all the brands they have and I went to see if there were any new colors. After finding the colors I liked, I emailed Jackie back with my choices to get new quotes. Turned out, they don't deal with one brand listed on their website. Jacki quickly updated their website to remove the brand and apologized. After one more visit to the showroom, I decided on the colors I wanted and she sent me one more quote. I went to sign the contract the Friday before Thanksgiving and was told it may be December before they could go to my house and make the templates. Received a call 3 days later on Monday before Thanksgiving that they could get by the house on Tuesday. Templating took all of 15 mins with their hopes that they could get our countertops in by Christmas. One week later, they had the material at their workshop and set up installation for the week after that. (two weeks from template to install). They gave a two hour window for arrival but showed up 30 min late. Once in the house, they got the old counters out and new counters installed in about two hours. Very friendly, helpful with all my questions, would definitely use Carolina Countertops again.

Worked with Jackie to set up the style color and type of material for the counter top. David came and measured the work site. Michael and grew came out and installed the counter tops. The fabrication of the tops was great. They installed with out any cutting or hacking up the tops or the walls. The installation was very professional clean and neat. The counter tops look great. we are very pleased and will use and recommend Jackie and David again.

I called Carolina Countertop on Monday, July 1. I got a recording saying the office would be closed for vacation until Monday, July 7. That was fine with me. I left my name and number saying I was interested in granite countertops for my kitchen, half bath and full bath. On the following Monday (7.7), I called mid-afternoon, said I had left a message, and told the woman on the phone that I understood why she hadn't yet returned my call. I explained that I wanted to be sure she got the message and wondered if I could set up a measure. She was polite, saying she had gotten my message and said she was on the other line, asking if she could call me right back. I politely said that would be fine. I haven't heard from her since. Not impressed, terrible way to treat customers, terribly unprofessional.

I got a quote for countertops over a year ago. The price included pulling out and hauling away my old 45 yr old formica countertops and replacing that with Hi Macs Solid Surface (like corian). At the time David said that the prices were going up. Well I did not end up having the money until this summer. Even though costs had gone up David gave me the previously quoted price. On installation day David and his helper were on time. The demolition and installation was done within 5 hours. The only mess that was left was a small amount of dust on one of my cabinets. They cleaned as they went. The countertops look wonderful! No more eyesore! We found both Jacki and David to give exception customer service. In fact I was talking to someone in Lowes and they said that Carolina Countertops was one of the sub contractors and that they were a and quot;Class Actand quot;. I agree!!! Thanks!!!

They were great to work with. They allowed us to take samples to check what counter top looked best. They allowed us to keep it as long as we needed to. They were with us every step of the way. They came in and measured at least twice to see everything was accurate before they built our counter top. They were very courteous, clean and took care of everything even when we had issues of a little bit of bubbling on it in the rise areas few months after they installed. They came out they charged and took care of everything.

They came out with granite samples, did measurements and gave me an estimate (actually a final cost for doing the work). David was great to work with and offered opinions and thoughts about the work to be done. Jacki in the office was also very helpful. Overall they were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Did the work on time, cleaned up after themselves and were trustworthy. I would definitely recommend Carolina Countertops.

David Lawson was very helpful with the selection of the granite. He came to my home and made suggestions. He and his crew are very professional and pleasant to work with. His wife, Jackie, in the office was also very courteous and kept me informed of the process from start to finish. They were prompt. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Jackie and Dave were great to work with. I was especially happy with the help in picking out colors. Installation was good and I am very happy with the results!

Judy and Jackie were a big help in selecting the color. Gave me a sample to take along home. After a small deposit, Dave came to do a detailed measuring and template. After two weeks, Jordan and Cody did the installation of our new laminate tops (approx 76 sq.ft.) in 4 hours, including tear our, install and clean up. They were courteous, professional, seemed to be on task all the time and cleaned up very well after themselves.

They were very professional and made the entire process pain free. From helping select the best color choice, to showing up on time and getting the job done right away. They impressed us the whole way through. We have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for solid surface countertops.
