Description of Work: They turned on an AC unit (upstairs) which we don't use because it's not properly vented, thus damaging the ceiling and our new floor in the living room below. When we approached them on it they said that I turned it on! I was there for my daughter who was working at that time. I will never use the again!

+ -1 moreIt went very well. They were on time and very professional. The quality of carpet cleaning was very good. Some places make a mess with the water sometimes or want to use your own tub! I am not having that. This place is in a van and all the equipment complete with the water and they used a enzyme cleaner due to my animals and them making messes all over the house.

Description of Work: My dogs got sick and they came, cleaned very well and were on time. It was an emergency and they came out that same day.

Description of Work: I used Carolina Carpet Cleaning. They cleaned the carpet in the finished room over my garage, in the hallway, and in four bedrooms.
