 + -1 moreWe did have to call several times and leave messages. Then he would call us and leave messages. We ended up picking a time once, but that didn't pan out in the end due to a unexpected event we needed to deal with. Maybe next time...
Description of Work: We were trying to work with him to get a piano tuned, but he is a very busy guy. He came highly recommended, but with our busy work schedules and his travel to tune pianos for schools all over the region we just were not able to connect on a time or a price.

 + -1 moreI think he is a master craftsman and is very capable. He understands the differences between different quality, types and sound of pianos. He is excellent at what he does.
