+ 0 moreCharlie does a great job of handling the project and making it a smooth and easy experience for the customer. He has a very great disposition and an incredible work ethic. In all our many projects we have hired him for, he has never let us down. He has only impressed us more each time. He cares very much about his craft, and oftentimes would go beyond what would make us happy so that he could do the job the way it needed to be done. He takes pride in his work. He is also a contractor that finds solutions instead of one that finds problems. There's a big difference. All the properties he has worked on were far from "square" structures, so it took some ingenuity to make things fit.
Description of Work: Charlie Cromer has done several projects for my wife and I. He has helped remodel two rental properties, and connected the house to the garage at our primary residence. The most recent rental property renovation included replacing all the windows, repairing major water damage in some exterior walls as well as the kitchen and bathroom floors, replacing all exterior doors, rebuilding a mudroom, and a complete remodel of the kitchen and bathroom.
