Description of Work: Brian painted four rooms in our new house. Because we were on a tight schedule, he rearranged his schedule to do the work over a weekend. The painting looks great, and he was very friendly, smart, and easy to work with.

 + -1 moreHe arrived when he said he would, got right to work and kept at it. Everything was prepped and covered before he started, and cleaned up and replaced when he finished. Other than the beautiful paint job on my walls and trim, you wouldn't have known anybody had been in my home. We are extremely satisfied with every aspect of Mr. Sine's work. It is apparent he takes pride in his work!

 + 0 moreMr. Sine started our working relationship by doing one of my favorite things a service or business can do, he answered his phone when he could and returned phone calls and emails promptly. He provided a break down in services I'd requested via email which I also requested. On the scheduled day the work was to begin, he arrived on time, explained exactly what he was going to do and did it. The work was completed in the time he suggested and we are very happy with the end result. Most of the work we requested was repair work and paint matching which we knew might not turn out well but it's a perfect match.He cleaned up and took extra care with our home and possessions. We will hire Mr Sine again.
Description of Work: Repaired sheetrock and painting errors, refreshed Front door stain.

 + 1 moreThe job extended across a number of days. The interior work included painting numerous interior walls and ceilings, some of which reached 20' in height. They also pressure washed the entire home exterior, and sanded and re-stained our front wooden double doors. Brian and his team were always prompt and very professional, and we would definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreI was referred to Brian by a neighbor. Brian responded to my voice mail promptly and came over to give me an estimate that evening. When I contacted him for the job, he showed up exaclty when he promised. Brian was forthcoming with all the details of the job. He finished on time. I was very pleased with the work.
Description of Work: Brian painted the exterior portion of my house. He quoted me a very competitive price. He was on time and very professional.. Brian pays attention to detail and paints with precision. He insists on using only the best (and very expensive) materials even thugh he paid for them. Brian leaves the premises spotless and the end of the work day and at the end of the project. Brian also was willing to perform some landscaping work that needed to be done. His landscaping looked better than the landscapers work I generally use. I will not hesitate to use Brian again for all of my painting needs. I highly recommend Brian Sine Painting and Pressure Washing.
