After initial phone contact, Bravo Services failed to follow-up, perhaps because I was too 'knowledgeable' about the job (or because I was male?) and less likely to be scammed? Suspicious behavior, or maybe just incompetence.

Excellent. Brian showed up on time for the estimate and on time for the repairs. There was rain on the original repair date, but Brian was very proactive in contacting us and arranging an alternate day. Brian is very knowledgeable and professional.

The first one he purchased for us had a warped plywood panel. He took it back to the vendor and exchanged it, and didn't charge extra for his time. The installation was very professional.

Great experience characterized by quality workmanship, value, and problem solving. Came up with ways to make permanent repairs that lowered the cost. This work was all outdoors and we experienced weather delays. Brian returned every week that weather permitted progress and completed each scope item until the work was complete. Brian's estimated clearly showed the cost of each repair item in a simple and easy way to understand. During the work tour, he suggested appropriate and cost effective ways to achieve cost effective and permanent repairs. The work was executed as agreed upon and the results are perfect. This is my second experience with Bravo Services and like my first experience, it went excellent. Brian arrived at the appointed scheduled service time and went straight to work. He cut and replaced the floor, and side cabinet panels (below the sink) that was damaged, due to a slow old leaky kitchen sink, and associated parts that he fixed and replaced on December 29, 2015. I had no worries are concerns knowing from my first experience that the job was going to get done right. He also replaced 4 cabinet doors hinges that were extremely rusted out due to the water leak from that old forgotten leaky kitchen sink. This was an easy job for him and it didn't take long. The end result was .........it looked perfect! I look forward to working with Bravo Services in the future.

The house that I live in use to be my rental so alot of the maintenance that was done was hired by my property management.I had a kitchen sinc garbage disposal and associated parts that were in really bad shape due to old age and somewhat shabby previous work related issues. My first experience with Bravo Services was beyond my expectations. I contacted Brian in desperate need for a good repair job and I got all that and much more. My first communication was via email and I received a quick response and scheduled date for a quote on pricing and fixing my old tired rusty kitchen sink. On December 29, 2015 Brian showed up exactly on time and gave me a fair price for the job at hand. He arrived at my house with all the tools needed to complete the task, was very polite and proffesional. After recommending suggestions on style and design of new kitchen sink he went out and got the new sink, disposal and replacement parts and started the task. After what seemed like a few minutes I saw my old sink headed out the door in hand to a destination unknown. He installed my new kitchen sink , disposal and all plumbing , which I am very happy with . He completed all tasks in a timely manner and I was much appreciated by his knowledge in regards to specific repairs in mind for my other rental property. He vacuumed up after he finished and left no trace of his presence other than his business card; which I will use in the near future. I highly recommend Bravo Services and look forward to future repair work with them.

Mr. Barb repaired screen damage. He was patient throughout. This was not such an easy fix. My opinion - very ethical company.

Made and appointment for the estimate and he showed up right on time. We walked through the work. Estimate was delayed because of an e-mail issue. Brian completed the estimate when promised but the e-mail was not received. Just received the estimate and the work is scheduled to start on January 4, 2016. Brian followed up with me by phone and we agreed to start the work. His estimate is reasonable and has just the level of detail I requested. During the walk through Brian was knowledgeable about the issues I needed repaired and offered suggestions that will reduce the repair costs. I am looking forward to working with Brian and will update this review when the work is completed.

Mr. Barb answered my request for service right away, scheduled the initial appointment to survey the jobs and sent me a written estimate, itemizing each job. After my response to the estimates and approximate times he could come, he scheduled the days he would be available to complete the work. All was done in a very professional and friendly manner.

Always punctual, pleasant and helpful as was his assistant. Took away all trash associated with job. Rehung heavy mirror and helped rehang 2 other pieces. A good job done quickly and neatly. Also helped me figure out the size of a medicine cabinet so I can order a new one.

Brian did an excellent job, he provided an accurate estimate and returned to complete the work on time as scheduled. He did an excellent job communicating with me and it was a pleasure to work with him. Will definitely be calling Brian for services in the future.

I was getting ready to sell my house and wanted to make sure everything was in good repair. I reached out to Brian Barb, Bravo Services, after reading his reviews here. Brian responded to my initial email promptly. We settled on what needed to be done and what the cost would be and within ten days he responded and completed everything to my satisfaction. I very much appreciated his attention to detail and he cleaned up when he was finished. Well worth the price! His number is in my phone and I have already shared him with two friends.

Service provider requested model and item # regarding the elliptical machine to assemble. Bravo provider professionally consulted with me on a day and time to meet and showed up on time. He was able to assemble product quickly and efficiently. Very impressed with his work performance and service!

Like countless others, I am sure, I was extremely hesitant and cautious in picking someone to do some repair work around the house. It could be just me and my bad luck but I have had the worst luck and have been burned multiple times before. I must say that will never happen again now that I found Brain from Bravo Services. Although its not the norm, and understandably so, my first message to Bravo was answered within hours which really said a lot! I explained what I was looking to do and Brain went further then just provide a response. He provided suggestions and most importantly listened to what my ultimate goals were. His promptness in setting up appointments were matched only by his promptness in being where and when he said he would be. He was in communication with me constantly which really put me at ease while he was working at my home. After each visit he was CLEAN!! I can't stress this enough because unlike myself the Misses would not be a happy camper with the house being any less clean then when she left it. Brain could not have provided his services with any more professionalism. He has gained my trust. I will and am continuing to use his services on many more projects around the home. I don't want to sound like a commercial but if you only knew how many times I have been burned you would be sounding the same way.
