Very professional. They came to the house and measured the yard. They gave us our quote and the fence was up in one day. We were very satisfied. We had some settling and they came back out and fixed the issue.

They installed a 60' section, 4' high from the side of the house to the lake with 1 gate. That is the only section of the fence that has been without problems. They installed a 40' section, 6' high from the other side of the house to my property line with one main gate, and then 260' section, 6' high going around the backyard with 2 gates. Bottom support fell out of one of the sections, causing the 6' panel to fall into my neighbor's yard. Fixed in a timely fashion. Big problem is main gate-2 doors keep going out of alignment causing the middle sections to overlap, preventing it from closing. Can jam it closed, but then can't open from inside and causing stress fractures on the hinges. I called Brabham multiple times about this over 8 weeks-always get promise they will sent someone out or will call next day to schedule. No one comes out and never call back.

5 Nov - project start date - delayed to finish another project 6 Nov - crew of 2 showed up. Thought it awful small for what I thought of as a large job. fence tear down begin 14 Nov - No drive thru gate, no workers. Called salesman they had ordered wrong gate, will be out and quot;tomorrowand quot; to install. Talked about sever concerns, he said he would be out to look at the job. 20 Nov - drive thru gate and quot;installedand quot; and bill left. Called office and told them out bad it was. Salesman came out. Showed him all that was wrong. Said it would be made right: Gates were VERY crooked / Gate hardware put in backward - street side / Fence posts not properly backfilled / Fence bottom as much as 10and quot; from the ground 23 Nov - called office after lunch as they had not called me. Was told they were discussing it and they would reorder parts. 29 Nov - new crew came out. Said the whole thing had to be redone. End of day said he would be back tomorrow. 2 Dec - crew showed back up. 4 Dec - job completed. Office called asking about payment. Told them I was writing out the check and would mail tomorrow. Office called back asking if salesman could pick check as job had been completed and quot;for quit awhileand quot; 28 Jan - portion of fence collapsed. Dog escaped from the yard. Called the office they would send crew and the boss would call me. The crew came right out. Said and quot;we hope the original crew put this portion in backwardsand quot;. Boss never called. Spring 2014 erosion showing most fence posts had been cut at ground level and dirt pulled on them to hide the fact . I saw them take posts with concrete to the dumpster so the rest must have been done when my back was turned. Wish I could upload pictures of the issues worse than it sounds, if I find out how I will. I thought about removing their signs they put on the fence off but have left as its a newish neighborhood and others are installing fences, neighbors come to remember who did mine so they wont use the same company.

They didn't do anything for me. Couldn't get anyone to call me back to give me an estimate so, I went with another company.

Work was incomplete. Initially did not secure post caps - just set them on top of posts. Gate hardware including lock was mounted on street side of fence, and bottom of gate was uneven. I called sales rep 3 time and got no response, so I called owner and he sent a clean up fixer guy to my house. He came back 3 days later and partially finished the job. I ended up at Lowes to buy the gate hardware and finished it myself. I think the estimate was high for the quality of work delivered.

They did a really good job. They did the work when they said they would and the actual job was completed quickly. They were very professional. They honored the estimate that they had given me.
