Best Mattress

When it was time to replace our mattress we went to Best Mattress for three reasons:
1) We try to support local businesses and Best Mattress has been manufacturing mattresses right here in the midlands for generations.
2) Mattresses from Best Mattress are custom made, as are the foundations (box springs) which can be built to a custom height at no additional cost.
3) Customer satisfaction is guaranteed; if a new mattress isn't comfortable it can be modified or replaced by a different model.
Our first choice was a microcoil spring mattress set. It was a deep mattress so we had a 4" base custom made to reduce the overall height of the set. Unfortunately the mattress didn't work out; we could not sleep comfortably on it. At no time did we feel pressured by the sales staff to keep the mattress. Instead, they worked to educate us about different types of mattresses and their unique characteristics. This helped us a great deal in selecting a suitable replacement. We switched to a firm memory foam mattress with an adjustable base and we are very happy with this new combination.

I ordered a king size mattress, box springs, and metal frame from Best Mattress to replace our queen size bed. My husband was out of town on business when it arrived, so I was not able to take apart the old bed and move it out of the way by myself. The Best Mattress folks not only delivered the new mattress, etc., but they took apart the old one, put it in our garage, assembled the new headboard (which I ordered online from a company in CA and couldn't even take out of the box because it was too heavy), and assembled everything for me. And all very cheerfully! Excellent service!! And to top it off, the sales folks were not at all pushy, and the mattress I chose feels wonderful! I would definitely recommend Best Mattress, and I will go there for future mattress purchases!

The mattress was too large for the bed and too tight. It did not fit, I repeatedly called the owner and he never returned the call. I saw his son at a home show and he said he would make it right. He came out and measured it and saw it was too big but the father did not want the son to do it. They took the mattress to fix it but just put a new cover on it, it was the same size. They still have it.
