Bert Baker

Bert has done 2 rehab jobs for me on investment houses. Both in the $8000 range. He does top quality work and has considerable ability to craft creative solutions. Both jobs were completed professionally, on time, with great attention to detail and the final product was better than hoped for! He is very easy to dialogue with and is always open to your ideas as well as offering options to you. Further he will shift gears mid stream if you decide it’s the way to go. He is very knowledgeable about carpentry, flooring, plumbing, electrical and everything a competent handyman should know about and more importantly, be proficient at. He's also a very good interior painter! More recently (May 2017), Bert did some home repairs on our personal home. He rebuilt our half bath after it suffered a major water issue, rehabbed our quite sad laundry room and completely redid our master bath replacing tub, valves, tiles, flooring and molding. All top rate work and again, the final product was awesome! You know how difficult it is finding quality handyman. Sometimes it’s a terrible crap shoot! I know because a previous handyman wannbe attempted to fix our laundry room and after considerable investment, left a sorry mess. Been there have you? You know what I mean then…. Well you won’t experience that will Bert, trust me! IF you are lucky enough to get into Bert’s work schedule, trust me, you will be very happy with the outcome and value! Bert is very professional and competent. He has a remarkably strong work ethic and concern for his customers. He called back when I called, he showed up when he said he would, he fit me into his schedule quickly, he did high quality work, and he asked for less money than I would have expected to pay. I got a top-quality dishwasher installation for half what another handyman gave me an estimate for. I highly recommend Bert and I'll call him again, which is more than I can say for just about any person I've hired to do work on my house.

This guy was pretty nice and did the work really quickly. They were pretty good and their price was really reasonable.

We gave him a picture that we found online and he built it from scratch exactly like the picture (save for a few changes we requested). Hard worker and a Great Person. Did what he said, for a good price, and no surprises. He truly is able to create almost anything from scratch. Ask him to show you show some of his and quot;creationsand quot;. Very talented.

Called on a weekend for an estimate. He called back Monday and explained he was booked through the New Year. He couldn't commit to anything until after the New Year. I appreciated his honesty and quick response to my request for an estimate.

Bert did a great job on everything. He is conscientious, professional, knows what he is doing and stands behind his work. He is pleasant and you will have no drama with Bert. Just good work at a fair price. You can't go wrong with Bert. Basically did an entire interior rehab. Painting, new floors throughout the house, new toilets, sinks, fixing counters, plumbing, painting the porch, replacing outside vinyl along with 10,000 other things needing done when you do an entire interior rehab...... Bert, reluctant to give you this good review. Everyone else will want you to work for them and I may not be able to get you when I need you! :) Thanks Bert! Russ

Bert was very polite and professional. He did all work that was asked and the work was quality. He notified us of any changes to the work or schedule. Would definitely us him again.

Everything Bert did for me was professionally done. I was pleased with everything he did, and would call upon him again. One note is Bert has a very busy business, so he may not be able to get to you immediately on a none critical project. If your project can wait, it would be worth it to wait until he is available. Through the entire process he keep in touch with me and answered all calls when I reached out to him. I would recommend him to anyone.

Have you noticed all the and quot;Aand quot; ratings on every review of Bert ? I did. That's one of the main reasons why I gave him the job. I had several Handymen come to my house, giving me estimates. I decided to hire Bert, and, have no regrets. He arrives on time; cleans up after finishing; he's honest; polite; easy to work with; reasonably priced, and, did a VERY professional job. Everything was done as promised. I could not have asked for anything more. I have already scheduled him for some additional work that needs to be done, and, have recommended him to others in my church. Don't forget to see his Sculpture work, that he has pictures of, on his cell phone..........................Amazing !! The man is truly gifted, and, because of that, he's exactly who you'll want, working on your house.

Everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. Bert and his staff are pleasant, competent workers who always arrived with positive attitudes and who put in full days. He does a wide range of work very well and conscientiously. He also sculpts, creates figures in metal and has a band in which he plays and sings. How can you go wrong with a guy like that!?

Bert is wonderful. He performed the work in a very professional efficient manner. He was very friendly, and was very sensitive to our needs. He became a friend to us, and I will definitely call on him again. If you need work done, Bert is the man.

Bert came when he said he would, finished on time and the work is excellent. He even cleans up the construction material so that it looks back to normal.

He was here several times to complete several tasks. He is a problem-solver. He figures out a way to accomplish what is needed. I heartily endorse hiring him and I will hire hime again.

He came when he said he would. His fee was reasonable and he does good work. It was a very fair price. He's just very reliable, very good and very affordable. He's going to be back next Friday.

Bert is wonderfu!!!!. He is extremely reliable. He calls you when he tells you he will call you and shows up when he says he will. His work is excellent. He is a hard worker and does quality work. The hole in our door frame looks like it was never a problem, our fence is perfect again. The bathroom looks great and the ceilings are great as well. Bert is so good that he never spilled even one drop of paint. Not even one spatter! He cleaned and vacuumed and even put items back where they went after he removed the drapes. What a great man! We plan to have him put up crown moulding later and paint our house outside as well. We'll definately call him again. Thank you Bert!!
