Wonderful! I emailed Candy Limehouse and she responded that day. We meet up a few weeks later and she showed us 3 different places. She had asked what we wanted and needed and everything that was shown would have worked for us. Candy was very knowledgeable about ALL questions we asked and didn't think to ask. Her associate was there for us with anything we needed. We where very informed about everything we needed to do to buy this place. Candy Limehouse exceeded my expectations for a real estate agent. I had my townhouse listed a couple years prior with another agency and did not have any success getting it sold. Candy was able to quickly get prospective buyers into the townhouse and we were able to get a signed contract in place in less than a week. It was the best experience I've had with a Realtor! I found Candy on Zillow. She knows the Columbia, SC market, the neighborhoods, and the various offerings that were available. I was immediately comfortable with Candy. She listened to my needs, asked good probing questions and helped me decide exactly what I wanted in a home. She then found listings that fit my profile and price range. She showed me other types of homes for comparative purposes and also took me to some neighborhoods that I found online that did not fit my desires. Before deciding to go with Ms. Limehouse, we talked to two other agents. We wanted to make sure we chose the right person and we did. Candy had been highly recommended by two of our co-workers who spoke very highly of her as well. Candy did a great job for us. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market in our area the three things we were most impressed with were her ability to get us quotes and good service people to perform some of the work we needed done on our house. Her contacts were very professional and did a great job. We had requested some quotes on our own and Candy's contacts were always less expensive and more punctual. Candy always kept in touch with us and was easily accessible. We found when we bought/sold other properties over the years that some agents are almost impossible to get in touch with - not so with Candy. Candy is a excellent negotiator - we can't say enough about her ability to produce the best outcome for her clients. The coworkers who recommended her were very impressed with their results on their house sale and I would have to say we were elated! And, in closing there is one last thing. Candy has a wonderful personality and is fun to work with. We highly recommend her to anyone that needs an agent whether buying or selling a home.
