Description of Work: We purchased a Living Social Certificate for this company for 3 hours of yardwork. Initially, I was hesitant because every time I called the number to schedule, the VM was full. I eventually reached the company and was able to make an appointment. The appmt was made for 0800 and I had changed plans to be home for this. No one showed up .. I called at 0830 and VM was full. Called Living Social who was able to reach them and they said they had me on schedule for 0200pm which is not true. I changed my plans and agreed on 0200 with the owner [?] who was unprofessional and curt on the phone with me. 0200 came and went ... they never showed. Very difficult company. Would highly NOT recommend.

Description of Work: Services were not completed after two appointments were set. No phone calls or communication they would not be there. They claimed they didnt remember setting up my appointment. I could never get anyone to answer my calls and their voicemail was always full. To date they have never contacted me to apologize for not showing BOTH times. Terrible company!

Description of Work: I was given appointment of Thursday, October 13, 2011 for yard work, that was to be done as part of special three (3) hours of work for promotion through a social networking site. Given that it had rained the previous days, I kept calling to see if Arthur wanted to reschedule. Instead he insisted he would be there as originally scheduled. I stayed home and waited. No calls from him at all. Days went by. No call. Has not even called yet to apologize. Even before I got him on the phone the day before my scheduled job was to be done, no answer to his phone. "Mailbox is full......" Kept calling till he finally answered that Wednesday evening so I could take off and be there for the work the next day. He assured me he was still coming. Very nonprofessional. Do not waste your time or your money.
