This company provides a good value with high quality technicians and customer service. I bought my units from them, have the maintenance plan and they repaired a fan that went out and installed duct work upstairs. Always professional and respond quickly. Very satisfied highly recommend.

Tyler was very professional. Arrived on time, which is very important. Everything was clean when he left. He did a great job.

Timely

ARC installed an AC unit and all new ductwork. The ductwork work is the wrong size, improperly installed or left on the ground. Ductwork disconnected from the AC unit and was temporarily repaired, but service team never returned to complete the job, even left there tools behind. Now after repeated failed attempts to repair they want a diagnostic fee to return. Avoid this contractor
